Jonathan is truly one of the best. When I reached out to him for advice not only did he take the call quickly, but he did also so in a way that was thoughtful and comprehensive. He helped my partner and me think through the specifics of the situation and laid out what he believed to be the best pat...h forward. He's extremely knowledgeable and fair and isn't going to sign up for something where he doesn't think he can bring value. I appreciate that about him and while I hope we never need him again, if an issue were to arise, he is our first call and if I were you, I'm make him my first call.

I asked Jonathan to review my employment agreement. I sent it to him on a Sunday, and he gave an answer in 30 minutes. In our follow up discussion at 9 PM (!) two days later, Jonathan was very thorough. He pointed out a number of flaws in the agreement. Ultimately, he put my mind at ease on the matte...r. It is evident that Jonathan has many years of experience and great insights. I would definitely engage him again and I would highly recommend him to everyone.
