Jonathan is truly one of the best. When I reached out to him for advice not only did he take the call quickly, but he did also so in a way that was thoughtful and comprehensive. He helped my partner and me think through the specifics of the situation and laid out what he believed to be the best pat...h forward. If I take on your case and get you more money, I want 1/3 of whatever I get you on top of what they have already offered you." After he realized that they also wanted to enforce an unenforceable non-compete, he said "Let me have some fun with this". I walked away with a release agreement that protects me considerably more than the original one did, and my former company ended up paying out double what they had originally offered me in severance. They tried to do several more shady things during the process, and he stood up to them every time. He's also committed to having an ongoing relationship with me should they try to make any other trouble. I can't tell you how much better I feel dealing with my former company with him as back up.
