Consummate , Caring Professional

Marc Miner is the consummate professional. From the first day I contacted him regarding my pedestrian accident with a car, he guided me to getting healthier with the right medical staff. He was sure that every diagnostic angle regarding my injuries was looked at thoroughly. Could not be happier with ...the settlement received from his tenacity with various insurance companies on my behalf. I would highly recommend this law firm for any injuries sustained by anyone to get the monetary damages deserved.

Thoughtful to my needs and successful

This is the first time I had dealt with a lawyer for a personal injury issue. I was injured in a fall in front of my apartment building due to an obstacle. The fall resulted in a year long recovery, and Mr. Miner was very sensitive to my needs. For example, I'm blind and Mr. Miner sent one of his col...leagues to read documents to me and escort me to necessary appointments for the case. He was also thoughtful about what I might need to attend necessary legal proceedings. As the case progressed, I never felt pressured by Mr. Miner to take any particular action. The case resulted in what I consider to be a very favorable settlement.
