I had a felony drug case where the DA was trying to send me to prison for violating a felony probation I previously had before I met Jeff. I was picked up at customs and I thought my life was over. Mr. Jeff Greco is by far, true representation of a defense attorney who does what is right. We came to him with a desperate need to prove innocence. He gave us our lives back. Criminal court laughs when you say you’re innocent. But hold on, a lot of innocent people are in jail primarily becau...se they did not have a solid defense. Mr. Greco is just that. True to his profession, he defends his clients with confidence, solid integrity and no fear of district attorneys. He knows their “game,” challenges their quick judge-and-jury attitudes and does not falter under pressure. He is a power source, clearly respected. I saw the tone when he entered the courtroom. Mr. Greco possesses confidence after years of devoted experience. He is not deterred whatsoever by criminal court politics. He will not allow his clients to be subjected as pawns in a twisted courtroom contest waiting to score another unjust handcuff. Human lives are at stake. An innocent person does not belong incarcerated with degenerates. That was our biggest fear. One of my first questions at our first meeting with Mr. Greco was, “are you intimidated by the Chief Prosecutor?” His look convinced me, followed by his solid, “No.” Once satisfied that Mr. Greco met our criteria, we hired him to be our voice in the courtroom. Mr. Greco called in his legal assistant. Jeff initiated a meticulous inquiry of facts and recollections. Both he and his assistant took notes continuously. Mr. Greco became one-with-us, verbalizing the incident as if he had been present himself. I knew we found a man who genuinely cared. Mr. Greco took off with superiority. One of his first actions was to hire a powerful and experienced investigative team. Similar to Mr. Greco, the private investigator was diligent and dedicated. Within a short time, one of the witnesses interviewed came forward to speak the truth, provided a recorded and signed affidavit that ultimately played a major role to clear our name. In the forefront, Mr. Greco hounded the court and liaisoned with other legal authorities to uncover any piece of information he could use to support us. He fought hard for us. Bear in mind, this was not a high-profile case. But to us, it was devastating and meant everything in the world that our name be cleared. Convincing a criminal court that you are innocent is nearly impossible. Mr. Greco saw to it that justice prevailed. Many heart-wrenching, sleepless nights and court re-sets ended in victory. Today we hold a Judge-signed dismissal of all charges. We have our lives back. Thanks to the undying dedication of Mr. Jeffery Greco. My advice to others: Do not gamble with your life and defense. Having to acquire help from an attorney for a criminal case is undoubtedly a sad experience especially when you are not guilty of the crime(s) you are being accused of. Mr. Jeffery Greco was on point from the first phone call I made to him. I must admit I thought I would first talk to an assistant ...then roll over to him but that was not the case. He handled my case in the best manner possible and with my best interest set forth. My questions were answered promptly and his staff and assistants were very helpful throughout. I will definitely keep his contact info handy in case it is ever needed for myself, family or anyone I know. Don't think twice because that is more time lost where he could be winning your case!

Long before your case ever goes to trial, Mr. Greco is not wasting any time and you can rest assured, no stone will be left unturned on your behalf as his client. He has practiced law on both sides of the fence..., and therefore has experience in both prosecution and defense. He is talking to the people that count. He is fearless and communicates with the prosecutors, chief prosecutors, and anyone up the chain of command, if necessary, to get your case dismissed and make it go away. I was charged with deadly conduct by a feuding neighbor and there was a security surveillance video used as state's evidence. Despite this, Mr. Greco took my case. He used exactly what was on the video and turned it to my benefit. He put together a very viable defense filled with plenty of elements of reasonable doubt. It is easy to compliment and give high praises when things go your way. Despite going to a jury trial and a guilty verdict, I know I had the right attorney for the job. More than that, I had an attorney that believed in me and in my case. I hired Jeff Greco in November 2019 and fired him in April 2021 when I found out that nothing was never done on my behalf for my case. During COVID my court case was being prolonged without me being notified or updated on the rationale yet he was still attending court hearing via phone. There was m...any times when My requests for updates on my case was ignored later to find out there was never any updates. I gathered all my documentation on my own and made the recommendation on what documentation to gather for my case. It wasn’t until I went to court on my own that I was informed that a motion was never filed on my behalf. I also had a bench warrant out in 2020 because he did not show up to court on my behalf when he was hired to do so. I don’t recommend Jeff as an attorney. My whole experience was unprofessional and stressful. My court case literally went no where and I was never in agreeance to keep having continuances on my case for no logical reason This was a total mistake and caused me more problems than I started with hiring him as an attorney. He was not competent in my case and any motions that was required to be filed.
