For what he has done for my Green Card case, I really had to register here and call spade a spade after seeing these negative reviews. Like someone mentioned earlier, maybe it's by one disgruntled client... of Harvey's. My experience was nothing short of a breeze. His impeccable legal knowledge and smartness to leverage that experience actually saved 2 months in my Labor filing and subsequent approval of I-140. Had that not happened, I may not have been able to extend my H1-B as the timing was all in conjunction. Net net result is everything wound up positively in time and I didn't have to leave the country temporary (which could have been the case if not for Harvey) I have referred many individuals and small business clients to work with Harvey and they are very happy!
