Does not provide more than filing forms.

Yaniv does not seem to care much about he client on a personal level. It seems to me that I paid a significant amount of money up front just to file some forms with no assistance beyond submitting the forms. I have prepared and sent all the required documents to their office - it ended up sitting on ...a paralegal’s desk for 2 weeks without being touched and that person ended up leaving so someone else picked up my documents to start working on the application. I also asked Yaniv in advanced what documents will be required during the interview so that we can prepare those documents from my wife’s country as it takes 3-6 months to get something as simple as a birth certificate with an Apostille. He said not to worry and that we don’t need any more than we have now. That was a sign that he didn’t pay attention to the documents I sent because the birth certificate did not have an associated Apostille which is required by USCIS. I went ahead and started doing research on my own for the entire visa process and once I realized what was required, I started to prepare the documents and received them just in time for the interview for a premium of having to pay for flights back and forth the my wife’s country (we applied from a different country). Lastly, when we came in for our in person “prep” for the interview for the adjustment of status - he asked us if we were a client already and if we ever met. The prep was nothing more than him giving us directions to the USCIS office and emailing a list of general questions. In short, I was expecting that paying a high premium for assistance you get more than their office filling out a few forms and sending it in. Otherwise, I could have just found the requirements for the forms online (which is simple to do). Maybe my expectations were too high. Other than that - some of the paralegal staff and assistance are generally friendly.

A big scammer ! Messed up my case

I had an asylum case and Yaniv wasn't versed in the specific laws regarding asylum cases and almost cost me my case. An amateur! He did not know that all asylum cases are going through a different office. And then he held my paperwork hostage two days before my interview until I'll pay him in full-w...hich was not part of our agreement !!! Do not trust him. Stay away.

Response by Feiner & Lavy P.C. Dear Clients & Prospective Clients, This review was obviously NOT made by a client since a law firm cannot have a client who waited seven years for a green card, unless he is subject to an annual quota of visa / green card numbers. The ONLY way that a person will have to wait for a green card for that long is if he was sponsored by his employer or by one of his relatives and as such the law requires him to wait in line for a visa / green card number. The waiting periods are different from one category to another and NO lawyer in the world can expedite the waiting time, since ALL immigrants are treated equally in the United States and this is the beauty of this country. I therefore encourage you to ignore this review since it is malicious and contains wrongful statements!!! For more information about waiting period for a visa / green card number and the various categories, you may visit the US Department of State’s website at: http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html Thanks for visiting, good luck in your journey in the United States and may God Bless America.
