Excellent lawyer during a trying time

Peter was an excellent attorney during one of the hardest times in my life. He set my worry at ease, allowing me to concentrate on the emotions of a marriage ending. He always took my calls, gave good advice, worked with my schedule, and did his work briskly and efficiently with a human touch. In t...he crisis mode that first begins a divorce, he knew exactly what to do and say to put me on a path of calm and healing. As an attorney myself, I appreciate the professionalism and thoroughness of his work. My divorce was finalized quickly and completely. Thank you, Peter.

Talented Divorce Attorney

I was married for less than three years when I came home from work and most of the furniture in our apartment was gone. I found a note from my husband saying the marriage was over and he would see me in court. My husband filed in NYC and since we didn’t really have many assents and no children I th...ought we would only have to split up our furniture and decide who took over things like the car, rent payments and get divorced. I was so wrong I walked into court and his lawyer starting accusing me of everything that was wrong in the marriage and wanted him to get everything including a valuable ring that was his great grandmothers and rehabilitative alimony. I left court house speechless. I then interviewed three lawyers ultimately picking Peter Cedeño. They tried the same thing with him but by the time he outlined the true story to the court and threatened depositions and trial fees - they gave in a day before the next court date. I got the car, the ring and the apartment plus the judge actually said better luck next time. It really does matter who you hire. Going into this I was very nervous and scared but Peter calmly listened then spoke loudly and clearly for what seemed like an hour – convincing the judge and my husband’s lawyer to back off. Not only is he’s a great lawyer he is understanding, sensitive, knowledgeable and fierce in the court room. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to win their case and get what is owed to them. Thank you Peter _ I really can’t imagine anyone else doing such an excellent job for me!

Amazing Attorney

Peter was amazing! I felt like I could trust him immediately over our initial phone conversation. Once we met and began working together I realized that I made the right choice by hiring him. He was quick to respond to my emails and texts. He would put me at ease when I was in doubt. The end result ...of my case was to my satisfaction and I would hire him again if I had to.

The right help during difficult times!

I am a current client of Mr. Cedeno. I like and appreciate what I have found to be his most important quality, namely honesty. It is impressive how he honestly assesses both the advantages and risks of his clients' positions and counsels them on the best course of action. Anyone who has worked with ...him will find that he will be realistic as to what his clients can and cannot obtain. He is not interested in overly extending any proceeding even though that could be financially profitable for him. He will put his clients' interests first. Anyone able to hire Mr. Cedeno to represent them will be in a much better position and will benefit from both his knowledge and his compassion for his clients during difficult times.
