Best Divorce Attorney in NYC

Mr. Cedeno has been with me through all of my divorce and difficult custody issues. He is very knowledgeable and straightforward. He commands respect from other attorneys and judges alike. Peter was available to speak to me every time he was out of court about my case and kept me very informed of al...l issues involving my case, I will not go into the details here but he actually reminded me before going in to court to trust our Lord and have faith and prayed with us at the final court hearing, we shall never forget that moment, thank you!. Great attorney!

I hired Peter for my divorce/custody suit. Throughout the entire process, He was always available for any and all questions I had. I was never in the dark as to the current situation and conniving motions by my ex husband and his team of advisers/private investigators/attorneys and legal assistants...,eight in all. Peter was always honest and forthcoming with all information. At any given time, I knew that he had my children's best interests in mind and heart. Peter was always sensitive and sympathetic to my situation. I never doubted his abilities during the entire process, very very intelligent handling of the law in and out of court. I received all I wanted from the suit and above all custody of my children. I would definitely recommend Mr. Peter Cedeno to anyone in need of the very best Divorce/Custody Lawyer one can get.

We got what we wanted with Peter!

Peter Cedeño was my lawyer in a family court case involving visitation with my daughter. Our case that started as a visitation battle horror story. In as short as 2 court appearances he was able to get us immediate visitation with my daughter. As time progressed and the Kings county family court “too...k their time” resolving my case, my case seemed to get worse due to my daughters mother’s unwillingness to fulfill her part of the court ordered visitation. Well Peter and his team jumped right on it and we petitioned for a trial. Peter was very diligent in keeping us updated, he answered our texts and was willing to hear what we wanted out of this ordeal. After months of waiting for my trial court date, the date finally arrived and thankfully my daughter’s mother was willing to settle and get this over with. After months of dealing with my daughter’s mother, Peter had a good sense of who she was. Peter’s experience with people and years of dealing with these cases really showed when he cleverly negotiated up to the last minute with the other party’s lawyer. My case has since settled in court and Peter was able to get me a very favorable outcome. He was able to get me joint custody with a substantial amount of visitation with my daughter!!! I can’t thank Peter Cedeño enough and I would highly recommend him to any family case.
