Experienced, Competent, Fair, Reliable, Comfortably Down to Earth

Interesting, I met Mr. Cedeno while he was the adversary attorney in my divorce proceeding and again later on an Estate proceeding. Ironically, I became impressed with the Mr. Cedeno’s handling of both cases. Despite being my adversary and showing protection to his client and looking after his clien...ts best interest, I was able to the human side of Mr. Cedeno and his dedication to handle situations in a fairly matter not only for his client but for the best of all. Mr. Cedeno not only stands up for what is fair but is also competent, responsive and understands the importance of providing an excellent quality of service. I have referred Mr. Cedeno to two of my friends and have also had to pleasure of retaining him to represent me on a separate family matter. Based on my experience I can say Mr. Cedeno is thorough in carefully providing thoughtful legal options and emphasizing his client’s rights as well as providing the information needed to make informed decisions. His advice is always sound and rational. Mr. Cedeno does not sugar coat things to his clients by telling what they want to hear rather what the truth is. His no nonsense approach, coupled with his, in-depth knowledge of divorce law, are second to none. He is assertive with his adversaries in reaching a fair and equitable outcome avoiding having to go through litigation whenever possible. Mr. Cedeno’s services are fairly priced and his experience and knowledge combined with his total familiarity of the court system is instrumental in achieving a successful outcome.

NYC Top notch Attorney! Grateful to have him represent me!

I was charged with domestic violence with a protective/restraining order and my wife also filed for divorce with an unreasonable take on all my commercial assets and properties. Great Attorney

I was desperately looking for a good attorney, the best I can find. A friend of mine, who was a former client of Peter L. Cedeno and associate's, PC highly recommended them to me and in particular Mr. Peter Cedeno. I am so grateful that she did. After listening to me intensely and seeing my supporti...ng documents Mr. Cedeno explained the entire process to me, along with strategy and the strengths and weaknesses of my case. Mr. Peter Cedeno explained the strategic plan to accomplish my goals.At court Mr. Cedeno executed the plan exactly as he stated he would. Peter promptly returned my telephone calls and responded to my emails. I was notified of all communications between counsel and I always knew what was going on in my case. Peter explained to me what would be occurring at the court hearings and took the time to go over everything again prior to the hearing. I was never caught off guard because Peter always prepared me beforehand. Ultimately, the strategic plan that he came up with worked and I achieved my goals. Peter Cedeno and his staff worked very hard on my behalf and honestly billed me for the time it took to do the work. My experience with Peter and his firm is that they are honest, hardworking, and truly fight for their clients. I recommend her to anyone who is going through a divorce, child support or custody matter.

Outstanding brilliant lawyer!

Mr. Peter Cedeno is an amazing and brilliant lawyer! Before hiring him I did a comprehensive and thorough extensive research/review on over 37 family/divorce law attorneys and firms by asking others that I know got divorced sometime in their life, on Better Business Bureau website, AVVO website and y...es Google reviews and his name always came on top of all the rest. I am forever grateful to him and his staff for all that they did on my divorce. From the very first moment I met with Peter, I knew that he was the lawyer I could trust to help me and my little angel. I came to him desperate and confused, and unaware of what legal remedies would help to what ended up to be a very complex divorce case. Mr. Cedeno's experience of over 20 years in family and divorce law was the best fit for my situation. He had an answer for all the issues that came up during litigation. Mr. Cedeno does has the knowledge to handle difficult divorces that include complex assets such as businesses, properties, and other assets. You can count on his extensive experience and knowledge and be sure that he knows the law beyond expectations.
