Top-notch Experience!

A professional with a solid backbone to prove it!

Updates: It is always necessary to excercise great care when posting reviews. When I posted my review yesterday, I was careful not to make blanket generalizations about the firm and it's professionals. I honestly and briefly made my informed views regarding Brad Bernstein, whose mastery and exhastiv...e articulation of immigration cases and possible alternative solutions any average person can listen and understand clearly. I was also able to decipher his unmistakeable professional integrity in all of his live engagements, which I found to be very helpful to all needing a window of opportunity for a relief. Brad has indeed proven me right in my personal views about him and, once again, has left an indelible mark of memory. I should disclose the fact that he took our complaint very seriously and moved honestly to rectify the mistake by a junior staff and followed up with sincere apologies in less than 24 hours. Trust me, this professional knows his trades very well beyond most any, and has everything to show for and back it up. If that is not humbling and a show of humility, I don't know what is. Kudos Brad and your good helping hands and associated brains!
