Knowledgeable, Prompt, Honest and Aggressive Representation!

I was completely caught off guard some years ago when I was served by the FTC. I knew I had to find strong online marketing counsel to represent me as the accusations were life-changing. Richard thoroughly explained the nuances of the claims being made. That same day, Richard took proactive step...s to defend my livelihood. I felt comforted. It was also immediately clear that the FTC attorneys knew him and graciously accommodated a number of his requests that were made for my benefit. He guided me through the entire year-long ordeal and aggressively represented my best interests every step of the way. He is truthful, fair, extremely knowledgeable and a formidable advocate. I highly recommend his services to anyone that is in the digital marketing sector and is faced with an FTC or other regulatory matter. I am pleased with my case and how it was resolved. Thank you so much Richard and Hinch Newman for your fantastic representation these last years!

Good For Most.

• I highly value people and that is why I have stopped working to leave this review that I hope serves the public well. • A potential client should always be treated with the upmost mutual of respect. • Even during my first contact I offered to just hang up and continue my search since I seemed to ...be an unknown nuisance to, Richard Brian Newman, but he insisted I stay on the line. Why, not just let me search if I have to say "you are speaking down to me"? Why? Have several attorneys (very solid team) that could not be reached due to hurricane conditions. Have thought and absolutely knew the day would come that additional permanent console in regards to domain name speculation would be of upmost importance, especially with capital and expansion. This is the only person I could get on the on the line and we want 'the best in the world' niche wise and his ad came up... I believe it was an advert (unsure), but would settle for reachable due to circumstances with stealth. Now we have found such person(s) through my prolific Forbes, Silicon Valley, Harvard network, etc (this is not intended to sound obnoxious simply fact). Joyfully have capable and confident of handling the most simple to complex of scenarios imaginable not exclusive to client care, ease, proper etiquette, the most fundamental and basic of respect that should not even be a thought. • Richard Brain Newman was not helpful in anyway, except a lesson learned in SEO, even sounded upset or may have just woken up in afternoon. Confronted his tone directly, when respect is given it should be reciprocated and then tried to redeem himself somewhat, yet still unpleasant. Unbelievable. Was in pursuant to several services to fill a permanent position(s) with stealth that would require many hours. • This lackluster treatment is so unfortunately common to women in this industry, even when they are successful, being 98.9% male dominated. I had to take a male nickname for over a decade to get to where I am and now company is and this sent me back to the rough days. Richard Brain Newman a very unkind demeanor (towards a potential female client) and does not attempt to probe to further assist in other ways as he was specifically asked what other services he provides and left two lines after call and email attempt. • It appears, Richard Brain Newman, actually forwarded a sensitive email to other party! Seems like a solid indication of capabilities as very fearful of huge corporations and one must question capabilities. Handling of email... I am livid. I want Richard Brain Newman, to cease and desist all forms contact for me or family. Have dealt with my family's business attorneys since childhood and even now presidential. Unfortunately, the new expansion to my team has another legal item on the list because of negligence or fear of failure. This may be the perfect man for you if seek uncomplicated and very basic assistance. • I would absolutely recommend Richard Brain Newman Newman to the most basic of needs, little expectation, and low maintenance. • Truly hope this helps you on your quest and sets you on the right path for you. Water seeks its own level. All my best, Formerly Enthusiastic Potential Female Client

This review is clearly a fabrication by a lunatic. I vaguely recall speaking with someone in Sept. 2017 that was seeking legal representation in pursuit of a nonsensical and unsavory political agenda. I recall mustering all of the patience that I could and then politely declining representation. "Anonymous," I believe that I returned your telephone call promptly and even took the time to facilitate your request to connect you with another attorney. Although, it must have been an attorney that I am not particularly fond of. No such email ever existed, I never attempted to communicate with you again and I have no idea who your family is. Internet law attorneys inevitably must deal with insane people on review sites. You are my first, though.

Best Lawyer I Have Ever Had!

I called Richard in a panic about a complicated advertising-related legal matter. He took the time - over the weekend - to calm me down and explain my options. All of this was done before I was even a client! He is incredibly generous with his time and kept me informed every step of the way. Ri...chard is a fierce advocate that has a sophisticated knowledge of advertising law. In fact, during oral argument at a hearing, a third party involved in my case remarked to me how impressed he was with Richard. He also put the interests of my family first, at all times. I have worked with many attorneys in my career and Richard is the best. He is professional, dedicated, courteous, ethical and a genuinely caring person. He came through for me and my family in a huge way. As a mother of two young children, I cannot thank him enough for the results he delivered.
