Nicklaus is knowledgeable in the complex case I had, but he seem to be a different person after I paid him. I've notice he was very rude when answering question that I had regarding my case. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I know people have bad days, but this was numerous times, in a addition ma...de an huge error on my paperwork that didn't affect the outcome of the decision.

Nick handled my case and was very quickto respond to every email sent. But he did a sloppy job when submitting very important documents that regarded my case. He had another clients name in several areas of the documents he submitted to the courts that made them question even more. I had to proofread... everything and found several mistakes. and when i called him out on it- said he would fix it but he had already submitted it to the courts. He had to handle my criminal and immigration matter. I felt like he was more concerned with the payments instead of winning our case. I would not recommend him to anyone dealing with a criminal immigration matter. He doesnt have the experience in that field.
