Although that's not Mr. Bukh's main area of practice, I decided to hire him as my Immigration lawyer, mainly because of his stellar reviews. The case didn't look good, as I overstayed my visa and then was caught by police on a misdemeanor. First of all, they spent countless hours with me on the phone... before I even signed a retainer! Then, they managed to convince me to take a rather risky course of action and take it to the trial. The aggressive tactic paid off as the criminal case was quickly dropped (wrong arrest). They proceeded to the immigration case (now with a clean name) and filed political asylum petition (I didn't even realize I was eligible). I just got my approval today!!! From the first to the last moment, these lawyers (and certainly Mr. Bukh in particular) showed great skills and fixed the result that was beyond my expectations. Much appreciated!
