Arkady was my first ever lawyer. Normally, I am a positive law abiding New Yorker. But, everything happens for the first time, although I swear I am not going to allow myself any alcohol while driving. Mr. Bukh did an outstanding job of keeping me out of jail and letting my criminal record yet to sta...rt. All charges were dismissed. I want to mention perfect communication between me and the lawyer. Although sometimes Arkady is not available directly, his staff always accurately put in all requests and addressed my questions. The other attorneys of the firm were helpful as well.

This was my 4rth (fourth) attempt to make friends with lawyers. Seriously, the previous 3 simply robbed me of the hard earned money under some formal excuses. One was refered by my friend, the others I found looking up the newspapers. Clearly, with the trial date approaching I was on the edge of some...thing. A new beginning. A prison life? Luckily enough, I dared to see the online reviews which brought up Bukh Law Firm on the radar. Feeling a little skeptical or maybe prejudiced, I went on an appointment. Arkady radiates energy. I mean he doesn't start reading the legal materials, but there's one statement: "This is going to be dismissed". A mantra that worked for me. Surely, the matra isn't cheap (costs a lot to stay energized), but is it worth being a young female with a clean criminal record? Yea!

Can't keep fascinating this lawyer. Well, first of all, he is a very encharming and enthusiastic young individual with a sense of humor. Second, he takes a "holistic" in-depth approach that undermines the cops abilities to build a solid case. I think, the DA drops it as soon as he sees who's on file ...with the case. Anyway, my DUI that looked so groomy (not the first offense) ended up being dismissed with not a single note filed against my criminal history. Will try to keep it safe from now on. I highly recommend Arkady and his line-up of the talented criminal attorneys.

I was under criminal proceedings represented by my old-time New York criminal attorney. Arkady is a superb Immigration attorney fighting hard for the client. He managed to keep me in the U.S. with my family! I had a tough situation with a prior conviction behind my shoulders and facing deportation on these legal grounds. I was even taken to USICE customy pending deportation proceedings.... There's no chance for a legail aid in immigration cases, so my family had nothing to do, but to take out a loan to pay Bukh Law Firm for the legal services - but what a smart decision it turned out to be. I got bailed out on the first hearing (which alone was a huge success given the circumstances) and resumed my job to support the family and pay for legal expenses. Arkady postponed the hearings while he was re-opening and settling my criminal case. Eventually, i was re-sentenced to a misdemeanor that did not mandate ceasing my green card. So, my both cases (for the price of one) were resolved in my favor. 5 stars to Bukh Law Firm!
