Arkady is a great lawyer. No doubt, he is not a cheap lawyer. But, he is a winning lawyer. I had a tax evasion case with the feds putting all sort of pressure on me. As a result, my whole family was on a verge of existence. Arkady stood up and took an agressive defense. During the process, I received... an almost every day "support session" from my case manager Marina who was very responsive and caring. I don't think a lot of criminal law firms have any client-oriented staff like that. Thanks to this integrative approach, I was able to sustain the burden of having a volume of Federal charges. At the end of the day, the charges appeared to be without any merit and dismissed by the judge. Astonishing!!

I was under criminal proceedings represented by my old-time New York criminal attorney. No breaking of privacy- but this case was rather complex, so I hired Bukh law firm as an off-record legal counsel. With no exaggeration, all advice and recommendations given by the firm lawyers contributed a lot t...owards the end of this bumpy road. The most impressive thing was accessibility- someone from the firm was available around the clock. They were also flexible with payment terms, although the rate was certainly in the upper range. Arkady is a superb Immigration attorney fighting hard for the client. He managed to keep me in the U.S. with my family! I had a tough situation with a prior conviction behind my shoulders and facing deportation on these legal grounds. I was even taken to USICE customy pending deportation proceedings.... There's no chance for a legail aid in immigration cases, so my family had nothing to do, but to take out a loan to pay Bukh Law Firm for the legal services - but what a smart decision it turned out to be. I got bailed out on the first hearing (which alone was a huge success given the circumstances) and resumed my job to support the family and pay for legal expenses. Arkady postponed the hearings while he was re-opening and settling my criminal case. Eventually, i was re-sentenced to a misdemeanor that did not mandate ceasing my green card. So, my both cases (for the price of one) were resolved in my favor. 5 stars to Bukh Law Firm!

I had a team of high-profile lawyers and a case which could land me in prison for 8 years.
