My mother was an employee for decades at this company and there was an altercation by another employee against her. We sought Arkady’s assistance to represent her at a very small union trial, and we hired him based on his agreement to help assist her on that day. When that day came, he had his secr...etary write up and deliver a “brief” to us but he did not show!!! We were left with this brief which basically regurgitated everything I provided to him and we were left to fend for ourselves—-well my mother was completely alone. Also, the court LAUGHED at the brief, and wasn’t even admissible. We had a relative front $4500 on his credit card to help us pay for NOTHING. Please do NOT HIRE THIS MAN. One of the worse experiences of my life dealing with this individual.
