I can not stress enough how incredibly supportive Arkadiy have been to me in the most stressful and unpleasant time of my life. I hired this firm to represent me and try to find puppy scammers who took money from me. Daniel Kohn represented me. I paid a $7,500 retainer on my credit card and was assured that it would only take a few hours of time to determine whether or not we would be able to bring case against the scammers. ...Then at that time I would get the rest of my retainer back if we couldn't bring case or ran into dead ends. I received a bill from the firm saying that my retainer was almost gone and that I needed to add more money in for them to continue representing me. They billed me for letter that they wrote that I instructed them not to after the DHS contactEd me and informed me that they were aware of my case and that I was one of many and that it was an international ring from Cameroon. Once I received the bill I was shocked and gave Daniel a call to see what was going on. He basically said "oops" and told me he would fix the bill and have it resent to me. The firm will not respond to my written requests, and Daniel has now blown me off. Pawns me off on the office. During the time where I was their client, everyone was nice but Pretty disorganized and didn't have good inter-company communication. After I was no longer their client, the firm was not helpful, did not follow through, and has now taken $7500 from me and not returned my refund or sent me a proper bill. This has been going on for months. This firm is money hungry and has terrible customer service.
