My husband and I have contacted several lawyers when we were recommended to Stuart. We knew we were in good hands when we finally met Stuart. He was genuinely concerned, super attentive about our situation and very detailed about every step of the way for getting my immigration status changed. Sinc...e the very beginning, he was 100% committed and available for us. Each concern or clarification we needed, Stuart was there for us. When my husband and I moved to another state, we were not even worried because we knew we had found the best lawyer. Even from distance, he was very quick to respond to any question we had. Stuart has provided us with an excellent service, he is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and we can’t thank him enough for his support. We highly recommend Stuart for all your immigration needs. My husband and I feel so lucky to have found him!

Best lawyer I've ever worked with. You'll be in very capable hands.

I have been through 4 employment-based green card processes and 12 H1B extensions/transfers in the past 15 years, Stu was the first attorney that I have trusted completely, and the only one that has gotten the job done. He is as professional and thorough as a Berry/Appleman/Leinden, but more accessi...ble and personable. As an attorney, you have to thoughtful and tactical, prepared for every contingency. If you're a inexperienced client, he will explain and hand-hold you along every step of the way, along with all the reasoning behind his strategy. If you've been through it all and only need expert advice, he can be very concise and abbreviated. Granted, my case isn't very complicated, but we have yet come across a scenario that he hasn't seen or couldn't reason through. Employment cases can shift very quickly and you need the expertise and agility to adjust and respond accordingly. Missing any deadline or responding with inproper documentation can usually mean a 3-6 month delay, RFE, or worse, having restart the whole process over again. Knowing when to port your case, what classification to file under, when to coordinate extensions, how to craft job descriptions, what to put in an experience letter, keeping track of all the deadlines, etc are all part of what makes a great attorney invaluable. I have read through every online forum and tracker, but there will always be information can't find on your own. Stu is always informed and up-to-date on the topics, along with the latest USCIS guidances and procedures. The most important decision you'll make is picking the right attorney that has your best interest in mind. If you have a choice in the matter, start your search with Stu. Even if you don't, insist on switching and have him represent both you and employer. If I had done so sooner, I would have saved myself 5-10 years of heartache.

Worth Hiring Guy.

Mr. Stuart is an excellent Lawyer, he Understands my case so well and prepares all the documents up to the mark. I never found him being clueless, he knows what he doing and took the right steps on your case, Always available through emails and replied your calls within 24 hours. No doubt he is the b...est in town for immigration.

Exceptional Lawyer

We hired Stuart J. Reich for my H1B visa application. He was a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation until the day I received my visa stamp on my passport. My situation was complicated since I had to switch visas and had to spend a short time period in my country to be able to re-ente...r to the US. He clearly and thoroughly explained my options which I couldn't find out by myself. He was always very polite, accessible and responsive. He was extremely knowledgeable on the current immigration laws, paperwork and timelines so my case was approved without any further questions. Every step of the process was flawless.
