Malkit Hayun - Program Director, IBM

Mr. Reich was my immigration lawyer, appointed by my hiring company. Usually when you have a need for legal services, you search the market and try to make your best choice. I had no choice, but I couldn’t be happier with the appointed legal support I got from Mr. Reich. I moved to USA late in 1999..., when the high tech industry was extremely competitive, and applying for working visa was a long and complex process. Thanks to Me. Reich the process was invisible for me, all I needed to do is follow his directions, and he was very clear and articulate providing them, and done ! Within few months I started to work for IBM under H1B visa. Mr. Reich was responsible for my immigration case for the years to follow, up until the point I was approved for permanent residency. Working closely with my management team, Mr. Reich was able to provide creative and fast solution to a very long and painful process. Over the years, Mr. Reich was always available for any concern I had (and as you can imagine any immigrant will). Whether it was via phone or email, he always responded with hours (and yes he would work in weird hours of the day/night to make sure all is being addressed). His personal attention and focus made it very easy and I had full confidence in him. If you in a need for immigration lawyer, Mr. Reich is you best choice ! Malkit

Mr Reich was recomended to my husband and I from friends who were also extreamly happy with his service. Mr Reich proved to be highly profesional, knowledgeable and informative, displaying great attention to detail and allowing ample time to ask questions during every meeting and via email, he was al...so happy to provide reasurance. We dealt solely with Mr Reich and did not have to wait days for his response nor deal with office staff or assistants. Mr Reich was fully aware of our case and if a question arose which he could not answer straight away, he would work to solve our problem. We highly recomend Mr Reich, both for legal and emotional support, as after feeling so nervous going into his office with so many questions we always felt that each question was addressed as though it was the most important question asked. We are very grateful to have worked with Mr. Reich, throughout a very stressful experience he assisted at every point to make it as straightforward and as possible

Employment-based Extraordinary Ability case

Stuart Reich is an excellent Immigration Lawyer. We have started working with him 4 years ago. He was the only one who took our request seriously and helped us finding a way to get a permanent residency visa. He took the time to look through our documents and answered our question without sending a...n agreement and a bill before we even knew whether we had a possible case or not. With his help we finally found the right category of visa to apply for a green card: an employment-based Extraordinary Ability visa! He prepared all the documents, did thorough research and texted recommendation letters as needed. Stuart was always responsive, kept us informed. Eventually in July 2008 we had the interview at the American Embassy in our home country and got the permanent residency visa into our passports. Meanwhile we got our green cards - thanks to Stuart Reich!

I recently had the pleasure of having Stuart handle my greencard application. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but he was extremely responsive. I very much appreciated receiving immediate responses, all of which always addressed the questions posed. Beyond the excellant ratings I have given him,... Great Attorney

Stuart is an outstanding lawyer! He has helped both my sister and I with our immigration statuses. I felt that he was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. He explained and walked us through the whole process that we were going to go through. The whole process was completed within the time f...rame that he given us. He tried various ways to prepare us, so that we were well-prepared and aware of what was to come.
