Very professional and compassionate experience

Stuart is probably my favorite lawyer: he helped my CTO with an H1B and myself with an O1. Even though both are tough visas to get, because of Stuart it really felt super simple. Stuart took extensive time to explain and consult beforehand and during the process. Often I had questions that I had a...sked before and Stuart would explain it again and again, with a smile and new examples to make it clearer. I felt so welcome to voice my worries and concerns and always came out of the conversations with a clear understanding, feeling well taken care of. Stuart was right with all his timing suggestions and follow ups so we would get our materials ready for specific deadlines. I've already recommended Stuart to many of my friends and would always work with him again.

Competent, thorough, conscientious, supportive, gets results

Stuart worked on my self-petitioned employment-based green card case, which was recently approved without requests for evidence. I so dreaded the application process that I postponed the matter until it was red-hot urgent, much like people postpone going to a dentist. Finally, after reading the revie...ws on Avvo, I decided to retain Stuart and was pleased to find out that these reviews were accurate. Stuart handled my case competently and efficiently. First of all, Stuart is highly intelligent and knowledgeable, and this gave me confidence that my interests will be looked after in the best possible way. Stuart explains clearly and in plain language what needs to be done, when and why. Although my field of study is somewhat esoteric, Stuart wrote an impressive, yet easy to understand cover letter and presented extensive supporting evidence in a compelling way. After the case was submitted, Stuart answered my numerous questions about its progress, which was very helpful for maintaining my sanity in the long waiting game against USCIS. Stuart is thorough and incredibly conscientious. He goes beyond the call of duty answering the client's questions promptly, thoughtfully and in great detail. He explains what is going on with the case and presents all available options and their consequences. Stuart is also compassionate and patient, even when the client occasionally freaks out. Last but definitely not least, Stuart is a decent human being, with good values and a healthy sense of humor. It was a pleasure to work with Stuart and obtain my permanent residency.

Oustanding Immigration Lawyer !

Stuart had handled my employment based permanent residency. Permanent residency is a very long and scary process but he handled the things extremely well from day one. He is been very quick to respond to any queries/concerns (even on week-ends) and thorough in his approach about next course of actio...n. I was impressed seeing his in depth knowledge about the subject and communications skills. I am very happy way my case was handled by him and now long journey is finally complete as I am permanent resident. I have nothing but praise for him and his work. I am extremely satisfied by his services and highly recommend others.

A remarkable attorney, a real credit to his profession.

When my wife and I decided to get married in Europe (I am American, she is European) we started looking into the best way to complete her immigration into the US. After spending some weeks educating ourselves we decided to hire an attorney, and we started to interview several. We picked the top three... in the NYC area, as determined by a variety of professional rating services. From the start he was clearly vastly superior to the others. Our situation was a little unusual due to my occupation keeping us traveling around the globe quite a bit. The other two attorneys we met with responded to our complicated situation with either confusion or slight trepidation. In sharp contrast Stu quickly grasp the details, and displayed excellent understanding of the situation. His knowledge and expertise immediately shown through, and was repeatedly on display during the entire process. One particularly impressive note; he predicted the timing of events for the whole process from the start, not small feat when it comes to the timing involved in Permanent Residency. Now with the benefit of hind-sight we can see just how accurate he was. I believe this is directly related to his attention to detail. However as impressive as his professional skills were, his communication skills were even more amazing. He was kind and competent in the way he conveyed information. His questions were tactful and helpful. He showed real concern every step of the way, and treated each and every one of our concerns as of utmost importance. Regardless of the time zones between us at any time he was there when we needed him. I would emphatically recommend him to anyone needing a top shelf immigration attorney!!!

Excellent Immigration Attorney !!

I would say my immigration case is one the complicated one with H1 stamping, H1B visa refusal, very complicated USCIS NOIR (if something goes wrong, I would have been barred to enter US) and new H1b stamping. I was very nervous and contacted few attorney's to tell me what to do. After talking to atto...rney Stuart Reich, I was definetely relaxed. I decided to take his help and he was there to guide/help me through every step of the process. He is very knowledgable, very patient and very friendly. He answered all my questions in a very detailed manner. For his service, his legal fees is definetely quite affordable. I would strongly recommend him for any immigration questions !! Thanks Attorney stu for all the help, I'm now in United States. You definetely get A++++.
