Merrill and Tanya also oversaw my I-485 Adjustment of Status, I-765 Employment Authorization and I-131 Travel Document applications, and were diligent about submitting before additional USCIS fee increases in April 2024, further showcasing their commitment to their clients. It is ultimately the responsibility of the individual to take their advice and collaborate with them to present the case in the most compelling manner to a USCIS adjudicator. Merrill is a Master and I've no doubts she is the best in her profession in NYC. She is amazing. But more important: She is an expert in her filed. She knows her work and is able to find solutions for her clients. I got my Green Card approval after 7 months from applying for it. This says everyt...hing. i didn't have to ask anybody to sponsor me, jump into unhealthy marriage or any other weird case.
