I am in the US on a work visa, early last year was laid off from a bank and had only 11 months left on my H1B. I was able to secure another full time job from a New York based firm but with the time left on my visa they were hesitant to make the offer. Ajay convinced the HR of the firm that if the ap...plication process is expedited we had enough time to reach I-140 of the green card application and then apply for a three extension on my H1B. During those 9 months Ajay moved every step of the green card process flawlessly and with the utmost urgency.
