DO NOT USE THIS FIRM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I can’t stress this enough. If I could give zero stars I would. 3 1/2 years and counting for an expungement. Started with Allie, I’m assuming is a para legal, receiving my paper work over 3 1/2 years ago. She sat on it for two months before starting anyth...ing with it. I know this because when I called to see how my expungement was progressing, I was told by her that she had not stated it yet. Now mind you, I was told the whole process would only take roughly 8 months. That right there should have been a red flag. Fast forward 3 1/2 years and the story remains the same. Excuse after excuse. No phone return phone calls. When I do get some sort of answer, I ask for dated documentation to prove they actually did what they said, I get none. Call back two weeks later and get a back peddled response saying they had not done what they previously told me they did. Often times I would get James Abate telling me he had forget or simply not followed through with anything because he was tied up in court. This law firm will gladly take your money, and do nothing for you. It’s now apparent the bar association needs to contacted and possibly a malpractice suit filed. Please once again, I can’t stress enough to not use this firm.
