Represented a Mental Health Clinician

Victor consistently performs with great competence, balancing zeal and advocacy for his client with fairness and ethical conduct in the case. I am very familiar with his work as a litigator and as a mediator, and he was my hands-down first choice for counsel when I required representation in a compl...ex case in which I served as a forensic expert. His first-rate reputation is well deserved.

Review

Victor represented me in a CSA case that lasted about six years. It was probably one of the most difficult things I’ve ever had to do in my entire life. He not only fought for me above and beyond what I could have ever asked for but he also helped change my life for the better. It was a very diffi...cult issue in which he fought all the way to the supreme court and which changed the law in NJ and most probably across the country for victims of CSA. Other Victims now have a far easier task to have their cases heard by a jury. It was a very sensitive issue for me and he handled it with the utmost care and compassion. I’m sure other attorneys would not have handled the case as gracefully as he did. The skill and passion that he displayed during the lawsuit was nothing less than astonishing. When I decided to start the lawsuit I could never have imagined that someone like him would be on my side. He was not only professional every step of the way, he actually made me feel like I was the most important client he ever had. I have not only gained very positive results from the lawsuit but I have gained a great friend for life. I would undoubtedly recommend him to anyone I know that is in need of an attorney.

Diligent, professional, competent and caring. Not your average lawyer.

Mr. Rotolo handled my wife's extremely complex and convoluted case with the utmost compassion, diligence, and professionalism. Throughout the case he kept us informed and always did so in the most humane fashion. He spent countless days and weeks caring for the case. He was prepared for any and al...l eventualities that could have arisen through the case. He left, "no stone unturned". He investigated every possible ramification of the case, discussed similar cases with other competent attorneys, and produced countless documents relevant to the case. Through his efforts, my wife was able to obtain a large, million dollar policy limit settlement. This settlement made the years immediately following the settlement comfortable for my wife and provided the medical care that she so desperately needed up until the time of her death. Mr. Rotolo continued to stay in contact with us after the settlement and continued to advise us as both a friend and a lawyer. Mr. Rotolo represents all of the admirable qualities that you would like to see in the lawyer that is representing you and your interests. He is the type of individual that makes you feel that your case is the most important case in the world and gives you the type of representation that makes you feel confident in what you are legally seeking to achieve. I do not mean to imply that he is a "pushover", he is far from that! He is a fighter that will take your case to "the mat". he will not be deterred from fighting the good, well-prepared "fight" if necessary. I wholeheartedly recommend Victor A. Rotolo as a most competent attorney and one that understands and appreciates the human side of the case he represents. You cannot find a better attorney.

Oustanding Attorney

Victor represented me in two matters over the past two years. One involved a suit againsit me and the other was a family matter.
