Someone who truly cares about his clients, and is a very dedicated professional

I first met Victor several years ago when looking for a lawyer to represent me in a criminal defense case involving the possession of marijuana. Before meeting Victor I had met with several other lawyers in an attempt to evaluate my situation and choose the best person to represent me. There were 4 ...lawyers before Victor 2 in private practice and 2 from respected firms. Victor was the first lawyer I met that not only commanded a large breadth of knowledge and positive approach to my situation, but also and most importantly was the first that treated me as an actual person not as a paycheck or not as any less of a person because of the circumstances of my case. I was young I was dumb and I was using marijuana as a crutch for much larger issues. Victor's dedication saw that my case never made it to trial and was subject to a probationary review period; upon which completing the charges against me were dismissed. Had I chosen one of the other 4 lawyers I interviewed I have no doubt that their sight of me as nothing more than a faceless monetary figure would of directly impacted their representation of my case any the circumstances of its outcome would be far different. Recently Victor helped to see that even the record of my arrest was expunged so that the mistakes of my past would no longer haunt the dreams of my present. In Victor you will not find a more capable, caring, dedicated individual. He not only cared about winning my case but after it making sure I never found myself in the circumstances that brought me to why I ended up at his office in the first place; in this man you will not find a finer lawyer.

Thank you Victor!

I was arrested on two misdemeanor counts, and was cited with 5 traffic violations totaling 15 points. Clearly needing representation- I started looking online for lawyers and Avvo popped up on Google. After browsing for a while I came across Victor Rotolo and was impressed with his rating/reviews. I ...thought I would take a chance... and wow- I am happy I did! From the moment I called up to seek council, Victor was honest, caring, informative and realistic. Victor and his team were always open for a conversation and encouraged questions. They took control of the situation and all I had to worry about was showing up on time for the court date. Victor not only got all of my criminal charges dropped, but eliminated the majority of my traffic violations! An outcome I couldn’t be happier with. A split second lack of judgment could have seriously altered the rest of my life- and luckily Victor was there to represent me. Even after the case was closed, Victor still took the time to follow up with me and make sure I was ok. He really is a genuine human being and a fantastic attorney. I would recommend Victor Rotolo and his entire team in a heartbeat!

A superb Super lawyer

I can't say enough to praised this attorney.. In the recent past, I had to retain a lawyer to represent a family member who got into trouble in Hunterdon County and the outlook was questionable. With the odds stacked against us, and being coerced into accepting a ridiculous plea, I retained Vi...ctor Rotolo, who immediately went to work for us and handled this matter with great alacrity. His professionalism amazed me and he was able to get an result I did not think possible, which was greatly appreciated by my family. At all times, he kept me informed and I never had to wait for a sometimes elusive call back. He and his office staff were 'on the ball', treated us with the utmost respect and dignity; I soon saw how well respected he was by the court and a true gentleman. Respect was total an mutual and had a great understanding of our case for which we are immensely grateful. If you want the best, Victor is your man. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him; 'he gets result's!!!! Thank you... Victor......

The ABSOLUTE BEST LAWYER I have ever used!!!

I found myself in a horrible situation as a result of bad judgement on my part, and was arrested for a serious offense. I hired Vic the following business day and met with him in private. He was understanding and caring......as my issue is deep rooted... he made me feel so at ease. All through the... journey, Vic called me and checked on me to make sure I was ok... and really cared!!! He recommended two great professionals to help me with my childhood and past issues, that have gotten me on the right track.. Vic was more than an attorney... he is a caring and wonderful man that shows professionalism, like no other. I highly recommend him and his firm to ANYONE who needs legal assistance... great job... with a great ending!!!

What a relief...

I was going through a difficult time and Victor made the whole process much easier and got the charges dropped! I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. He really cares and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend him!
