A bit of long story, just for Sean's help... I have always settled many of my not-so-major traffic tickets I received (HOV usage, speeding, driving in left lane etc) by myself dealing directly with the State/Municipal prosecutor. Many of these tickets weren't supposed to be doled out but that's ho...w the system works.
