Mr. Spinello was a great help with a recent traffic violation. Hoping to avoid points, I looked for an attorney to assist with my case. I received a couple of tickets, one was very serious (leaving scene of an accident) and carried mandatory suspension of license. Mr. Spinello was very knowledgeable and explained the issues right up front. He didn't make any false promises but said he was optimistic he could help me and get the mos...t severe ticket dropped. As promised, he met with the prosecutor and within minutes negotiated that the most severe ticket get dropped and had me plead guilty to the lesser offense, which only carried $100 fine. I am so happy that I contacted Mr. Spinello and didn't go to court without his representation. I can't imagine losing my license. Don't try to go it alone! If there were a 6th star to click off above, I would have! Mr. Spinello was everything I'd hoped he'd be and more. My initial thoughts were he was very fair priced ( I did shop around) and sounded good over the phone; but, just finding him on the internet and not really knowing anything about him ...I was praying I made the right decision. I quickly learned I did when, even after sigining retainer, he promptly answered every question I had--no matter how many there were--and even gave me his cell phone number if I needed. And finally, on court day, my outcome was better than I had expected -- reducing my "reckless driving" to simply a reasonable fine. I highly recommend him. Thank you Mr. Spinello!
