Would definitely recommend Sean! Sean was great to work with. Called him with some questions and he answered all of them. He immediately took over and handled everything for us. He was a pleasure to work with. My son got a ticket with a few points and mandatory court. Sean met him at court, made him... feel very comfortable, and the outcome turned out better then we thought it would.

I would highly recommend Mr. Spinello. He represented a family member for a DUI and a number of additional costly offenses. As a result of his knowledge of the courts and legal system, Mr. Spinello together with his recommended expert witness report was able to get my family member the minimum lice...nse suspension (3 months instead of 18 months) and all other charges dismissed. Mr. Spinello was honest and accessible. The fee, as promised, was the same even with three court visits. Mr. Spinello did not make any unrealistic promises but exceeded our expectations.

I have never gotten a ticket before and was really upset. Had to go to court on a work day in a town with a reputation for stiff fines and sentences. I decided to get a lawyer to give myself a better chance. After reading a ton of reviews here and on other sites, I chose Mr. Spinello. Right from ...the beginning, I knew he would be a good lawyer. He returned my call, outlined the possible options and greatly decreased my anxiety about the process. On my court date, he was the first one there and seemed to know the prosecutor. Even though he had another client as well, he made sure he spent time with both of us and made me feel very comfortable. When it was time to go before the judge, he reviewed the process before hand and had everthing worked out so I would only have to say "Yes, Your Honor." In the end, my fine was suspended and I only had to pay court costs -- something even Mr. Spinello didn't think was likely. I have no doubt it was because of the respect for him as a lawyer, He is softspoken and very nice but really knows his stuff and advocates for you. His fee was very reasonable. I can't recommend him highly enough. Sometimes reviews are misleading but, in this case, they couldn't have been more right.

Sean was extremely helpful in getting my tickets reduced down to a very very small fine. His knowledge and experience allowed him to mend my driving with a suspended license down to not having a DL present !!! He was also able to have my moving violation thrown out completely ! No points, no surc...harges !! He also has a great personality and was very quick to answer emails and calls. Highly recommend !!!!
