I have used Sean Spinello for MANY traffic violations in the past two years. Each time, he was able to get my points drastically reduced, with minimal fines. He is always prompt for court, and is courteous with the Court Clerks, Prosecutor's, and Judges, which helps him do a great job. Since I've use...d Spinello for a traffic offense a few years back, I have not used anyone else. He is well known in his area, which allows him to work with the courts. I recently had to go to court for driving with an expired license. Since it was the first time going to court I was definitely nervous about it. I reached out to couple of attorneys to get some advise and they cited some real worst case scenario could happen and how they can help me with just a nomin...al fees of $500. This is the seventh time I've used Sean to adjudicate my son's transgressions. This was a 4 point speeding ticket, failure to halt completely at a stop sign, and the biggie --- drug paraphernalia and possession. Sean got the 4 point ticket down to 2, and the drug charges dismissed. His actions saved ...my son at least $1600 in fines. Sean is like a fine wine---he gets better with age.
