I recommend Kenneth White

I have known Ken White for many years, since he joined Marc Shane office. He is one of a very few attorneys I have met whom I can trust. He has integrity which is wildly recognized at the local courts. If he takes your case he will faithfully go to the end without shortcuts and will be quite effectiv...e. I doubt, though, whether he agrees to represent you if he thinks you want to use him in a crooked case. Philip Poniz

Know your rights

I was referred to Ken to assist in a potential divorce situation. Ken advised me of my rights and more importantly how common practice impacted on those rights. He assisted in the drafting of an agreement that met all my needs. I would highly recommend Ken!

Very knowledgeable and experienced attorney

This attorney handled my recent divorce. He is a very experienced and knowledgeable. Some attorneys tell their clients what clients want to hear, which is not what this is about. One must know how things really are and what options they have. This attorney will tell you what realistically to expect... and what your options are. He always kept me advised as to the progress of my divorce from the very beginning to the very end. His guidance was very helpful throughout the whole process. He always returned calls/emails. He is an excellent attorney and I highly recommend him.

Litigated & Mitigated Losses Well

Firstly, some background on me: I am a divorced wife, the breadwinner of the marriage, the one who primarily cared for my daughter, and was the one who also maintained the home. I did everything. My spouse, while a year younger than me, has the maturity of a teenager, he worked multiple jobs simultan...eously, was terminated from more than half of them or quit, frequently played video games, and took poor care of himself...(so I settled for a real winner). Understanding my situation, Mr. White was extremely up-front with me. Basically, putting it in an intellectual and soft way that I am the "loser". Do not take it negatively though. The facts and the circumstances were clear--despite all of the work I've put in to maintaining a good lifestyle for my family and securing our future, I would have to pay alimony and the assets I saved would be divided. I admit I was emotional in the beginning, however, what makes him good is his ability to negotiate and soften the blows. His replies to the opposing attorney were masterful. In the end, he managed to get my alimony payments to an affordable amount per month and to a limited 4 year term (based on 9 year marriage), no child support obligation during that term, and only one of my retirement savings accounts was divided. I realize now that it could have been worse, thus I remain grateful.
