Expungement

As a young adult, I was charged with DWI and possession of a controlled substance. With a lawyer, the charges were reduced, but I still had a record somewhere out there. Later in life, having become a professional, advancing my career through interviews, background checks, and security clearances, ...I often had a nagging anxiety that these charges would resurface and disqualify me. I contacted the Law Offices of Thomas Carroll Blauvelt, explained my anxiety, and asked -- what could be done? Mr. Blauvelt took the matter from there, and in a short time had my records expunged. Expunging my records was a liberating experience, to jettison this baggage from the past and confidently move on with my life. Thank you, Mr. Blauvelt.

Greatest Of All Time

I hired Thomas after looking up lawyers online and I'm so glad that I did. He is so dedicated to each individual case and his experience shines through and through. He has gotten me through a hit and run facing 9 points and a 6 month suspension down to a 2 point careless driving ticket. In addition, ...I had got caught with a CDS, paraphernalia, and possession with intent to use. Amazingly, he got all yes ALL charges dismissed! Thomas even proceeded to help me get my record completely expunged . He is very committed to his clients and keeps you informed through each and every step of the processes you go through with your trial. Thomas is extremely caring and allows you to feel comfortable and confident in going through your court cases which obviously a stressful time for the client. His experience and perseverance yield nothing but the utmost best results. It is because of Thomas I can move forward with my life and create a brighter future for myself and my daughter. Definitely the right choice!!

Thomas and his team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. At first it felt weird mostly talking through emails but don't be discouraged him and his team know exactly what they are doing. I had 2 charges against me one of which was for a drug charge which would have completely destroye...d my career. He came up with a solution and got the charge dropped having me only pay the other (which was just a fine for a minor charge) so I can continue my career. I cannot thank him enough and if your looking for a great lawyer you have to look no further, this is your man.

By FAR, the BEST lawyer in New Jersey

There are good lawyers, there are great lawyers and then there is Mr. Blauvelt. He stands in a class of his own as by far the BEST lawyer I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have hired him twice, and both times he handled my cases better than I could have ever thought possible. My fir...st case was for a major traffic violation and the other was for narcotics. He handled both cases extremely professionally and always made me feel like I could completely trust him. The traffic violation should have caused me to lose my drivers license and a very hefty fine. He worked it out to only a minimal fine which I gladly paid and I did not lose my license at all. The other case was much more serious, a third degree felony drug case which could have landed me in prison plus a Very significant fine. Mr. Blauvelt worked on my case for over a year and he was able to get my case completely dismissed!!! I almost couldn't believe it when he told me. If you reading this you are very likely in a pretty bad way. What you want is an attorney who will do anything and everything possible to truly help you with the best legal representation there is. I know that if I ever need legal advise in the future there is only one person worth calling, Thomas Carol Blauvelt. Thank you again for everything.
