Great Results

A few weeks ago, I received a summons in the mail for a Hit and Run and Leaving the Scene of an Accident. I was shocked to find out about this as we did not hit any vehicle the day that it was reported. I was getting married at the time and couldn't deal with this annoyance at the same time. I qui...ckly consulted Thomas and he and his team put me at ease immediately. They were super professional and responded to all my inquiries in less than an hour which is remarkable for any business. I felt safe with Thomas on retainer and knew that this would get taken care of. My instincts were correct as Thomas got both charges dismissed at Court. He even showed up to a previous court appearance and didn't require me to come. Thomas is a great lawyer. Hopefully I wouldn't need one again, but if I do, I would 100% go back to Thomas.

A true life safer.

Tom and his team are true professionals. I was facing the lose of my license and heading straight towards financial and a life devastating event due to an unavoidable accident. Toms expertise on the matter was able to have the suspension removed. All situations and circumstances are different however... I would recommend giving them a call. I know if I ever need legal assistance again, he will be my first call.

Exceptional Experience

I received, in my opinion, an unwarranted ticket from a car accident that I was involved in back in August in NJ. I am from NYC. The guy who hit me was drunk, and he was charged with a DUI, so when I received a ticket for improper turn, I both confused and furious. After reading reviews for Tom and ...his team, I was skeptical because I was sure that a judge would be biased against a NY’er in dismissing this ticket. I retained him, and I am so glad that I did. Both he and his team answer emails almost immediately. They really put the interests of their clients first. They explain every question/concern thoroughly. I have never met them in person, but I would DEFINITELY deal with Tom and his team again, should the need arise. Tom is compassionate and very fair in his pricing. I am forever grateful to Tom and his team for clearing this up ticket up for me. Thanks a million!

Hit and run and others

I should thank Thomas and team n number of times for their help. I was not aware of the law to wait until the cop arrives to report the incident. I left from the place where I accidentally touched another car and ended up receiving 5 summons resulting in 8 points. While searching for the best lawy...ers in NJ to fight driving tickets I found attorney Thomas Carroll and felt confident enough to approach their team. They are so warm, made me comfortable and responded and heard to my end. As said, they rightly pointed out the issues reported on my case which was otherwise reported wrongly may be due to my communication. 3 tickets got dismissed and paid fine for 2 and ended up with 2 points on record which can be removed with defensive driving course.
