Saved life on a tough DUI Case

Saving my life may sound drastic, but you never know how a DUI will impact the rest of your life. However with Tom, a completely CLEAN record from a serious and easy case for the state. After getting stuck in a very tough case of a DUI and numerous other violations, I was distraught about finding the... right lawyer, the perfect lawyer. The case was honestly open and shut for the state in my eyes with the state having blood evidence and a confession. Mr. Blauvelt was the most personable, delicate, and professional lawyer I felt, out of the many I had already consulted with. I asked him to take the case to trial after i was offered a plea deal which would still give me a DUI, and the entire thing took a grueling year of him doing a tremendous amount of work and dedicating his time and energy at no extra cost than the prefixed rate. At the end of it, he was able to get the entire case dismissed, resulting in an absolutely clean record. It was not something I expected at all, having been offered a plea deal even by the prosecutor I was ready to take, but something he delivered. Mr. Blauvelt is dedicated to his clients and his work, and will work tirelessly for you to get the best conclusion possible. You will never question your judgement choosing him, and will feel protected by such an amazing lawyer.

Words can't explain how professional Thomas Carroll and his office are! If you want expert advice, attention to detail and simple courtesy, then please contact Thomas and his office. Thomas was able to provide me with c...lear cut advice on my speeding ticket, the steps I should take before the court date and bringing an amazing deal to the table for me. Top Notch Attorney

Thomas Blauvelt is a life saver to put it mildly! I truly cannot thank Thomas and his dedicated team enough (Jackie, Anabella, & Nicole). I was incredibly nervous after being arrested on multiple traffic violations: DUI, 2 Refusal to Submit charges along with several traffic violations. I googled top... DUI attorneys in NJ, looking for the best and thankfully found him. On my very first call with Thomas I explained my situation; fearing the worst and he calmly assured me that everything was going to work out. Thomas and his team kept an open line of communication with me from start to finish. Thomas appeared in court countless times on my behalf at no extra charge until we achieved the results I did not even think were possible! Thomas’s in depth knowledge and expertise are not only impressive but life changing. In the end, Thomas was able to get both Refusal charges dismissed along with several other tickets and I only ended up receiving a minuscule fine and 90 day suspension of driving privileges. Great experience with traffic issue

I recently had an a issue, self-inflicted, that required me to hire a lawyer for representation. I googled lawyers in my are and found Mr. Blauvelt. We discussed and he advised what I needed to do to get resolved as painlessly as possible. I hired him and, following his advice, got the matter resolve...d to my complete satisfaction. During the process, he and his team kept me abreast, in a very timely manner, of everything that I was required to do. I would recommend Mr. Blauvelt and his team to anyone looking for an extremely competent, experienced, caring and professional lawyer to handle matters he is licensed for.
