Took the burden off of me

I was given a citation and was called to appear in court for a school bus driving violation. Mr. Blauvelt handled the entire process with little effort on my part and had my citation seriously reduced. Would highly recommend using him and his attentive staff.

Exceptional Experience

I received, in my opinion, an unwarranted ticket from a car accident that I was involved in back in August in NJ. I am from NYC. The guy who hit me was drunk, and he was charged with a DUI, so when I received a ticket for improper turn, I both confused and furious. After reading reviews for Tom and ...his team, I was skeptical because I was sure that a judge would be biased against a NY’er in dismissing this ticket. I retained him, and I am so glad that I did. Both he and his team answer emails almost immediately. They really put the interests of their clients first. They explain every question/concern thoroughly. I have never met them in person, but I would DEFINITELY deal with Tom and his team again, should the need arise. Tom is compassionate and very fair in his pricing. I am forever grateful to Tom and his team for clearing this up ticket up for me. Thanks a million!

Mr. Blauvelt is great at what he does. His resume speaks for itself. He has over 25 years of experience, is a super lawyer, and makes sure his clients are taken cared of. I was pulled over in NJ for speeding and a laundry list of tickets. There were 7 tickets total. The fines for the tickets alone we...re over a thousand dollars. They would have been costly for my driving/insurance record as well. Upon my initial consultation with Mr. Blauvelt he was straight forward and told me what to expect. This is what I respected the most. He didn't promise the world and give you false hope. Right from the beginning Mr. Blauvelt would write a letter to the police department asking for them to submit all the evidence they had against me. There are many lawyers who skip this because it is just a traffic violation and they jump straight into negotiating with the prosecutor. Mr. Blauvelt makes sure he gets all the info he can first before proceeding. After postponing the initial court date, Mr. Blauvelt would eventually meet with the prosecutor and have all my major violations completely dismissed. All I had to do was pay a court fee. Also, I did not have to show up to court saving me a lot of time and headaches from work. Even though he did not promise dismissal, he was able to get it for me. I strongly recommend Mr. Blauvelt to everyone in need of legal counsel. He is the best there is.
