DWI case in Hoboken

I was charged with DWI in Hoboken about 3 months ago. I had no clue who to hire but came across Toms name on this site. I had four tickets in all one of them being the DWI, blew a .08. My case ended today and the DWI was dropped along with a school zone ticket. I live in NY and my license got sus...pended for 6 months in NJ only, which I was fine with as long as the DWI was dropped. I was very happy with Toms professionalism. He kept me posted as to where we stand in the case and assured me we were going in the right direction. Thomas Blauvelt was a true professional. If you have a case in NJ and need a lawyer who you can count on Thomas Blauvelt is the guy you want to hire. Thanks again Tom for everything.

One of the best lawyer's out there and His work speaks for itself, as I learned everytime he represented me. Excellent service

I highly recommend Tom. I hired Tom to represent me for a few legal matters and he's been excellent with helping me get matters resolved. I've finally qualified for an Expungement and am very satisfied with everything he has done for me. I was informed on exactly what was happening and where everythi...ng was at. Any time I had questions, he was always available for answers and Tom has helped me tremendously, get my life back in order and back on the road to success with better paying jobs and not having to worry, about having to go through explaining records to employers and worrying ever again, that my personal business being out there for anyone to see. Choosing Thomas to represent me was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Thomas is a great attorney. As I was searching desperately for someone to represent my borderline DUI case, his name came up on this website with a number of excellent reviews and solid recommendations. Other attorneys popped up as well during my search. I called 3 different attorneys, spoke to th...em all, and decided on Thomas based on how comfortable I felt during the conversation and his previous experience with cases similar to mine. At no point did he give me unrealistic optimism, but just enough to appreciate his willingness to do whatever he could to help me out. The first time we met, he answered all of my questions honestly and with the potential outcomes. In the end, he was able to get my charge reduced -- no DUI and a fair penalty on the facts. I would highly recommend Thomas; as all cases are different, I would recommend simply giving him an initial call to determine whether he's the right person for you. He will be honest, provide the facts, and will answer any questions you have; if he takes your case and you choose him, he will do everything he can to get you the best outcome possible.

Review of Thomas Carroll Blauvelt

I am very satisfied I had hired attorney Thomas Blauvelt to fight my case in these previous months. In my opinion I really think he is an outstanding attorney and he did everything in his power to win my case. He is well aware what he up against and what he has to deal with, he gives you a best estim...ate of how it is going to turn out from his experiences and according to how your case is he is very knowledgable in his area. I wouldn't think twice to go to another attorney besides him i trust him and i know he will do his best, I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs the best representative for their case or any other matters.

Hire Tom Blauvelt to get the best result possible in your DUI/DWI case.

Tom fought hard for me and was committed to getting the best possible outcome. Tom took the time to explain my options and was realistic in his recommendation to me about the course he thought I should take. However, he always let me choose what I thought was best for me. Tom stuck by his flat fe...e agreement even though we had to make 10 court appearances before getting the charges against me dismissed.
