Great guy, great lawyer

I'm very glad I went with Tom for my DUI case. He did an excellent job and was a pleasure with work with. He got my license suspension reduced from 7 months to 90 days, and had my refusal to submit to breathalyzer charge thrown out (a more severe charge than DUI itself). His pleasant and calm demeano...r helped reduce anxieties during a pretty nerve-wracking ordeal. Would recommend!

Best lawyer and person to represent you.

I’ve never been in any serious trouble before. So I had. I idea what to do and what was going on. Thomas made a horrible and frightening experience seem painless and not so scary. I am almost positive that without him as my lawyer it would have been far worse then what I received. I would recommend h...im anytime. I would use him again in the future.

MOST DEFITNELY RECOMMENDED

I received a Dwi and reckless driving. I actually found Mr. Blauvelt off the reviews off this website, when looking up best dwi lawyers. Also after I had my phone consultation with him, I came away how knowledgeable on his DWI experience and he asked me questions and from that gave me a quick game pl...an of what he would do and why. He mad eme feel very confident ona good outcome. Case and point, Mr. Blauvelt got me cleared, and im very satisfied with his office, his service and courtesy and would deftnely use again whch I don't I don't have to lol. And would defitnely recommend him to others seekin help in this area. thank you

55+ Speeding ticket / Reckless driving ticket

Received a ticket from a state trooper doing 115mph. Unfortunately, at that speed you will also get slap with a reckless driving ticket. I hired Thomas immediately. He insured me that everything would be ok. All in all, 10 points in tickets were reduce to 2, no suspension, and the reckless was dismis...sed. My family and I were very please with the outcome.

Found the best lawyer

I was facing a dui and researched for a few days to find the best lawyer. My research led to his high ratings, dui experience, past experience, and recommendations. I felt I had my best chances if I hired him. After hiring him, it was the best decision I have made because I have decided to take my du...i to trial. He was well known and respected in the courts which was a great advantage. The way he carried himself surely gave me confidence that he was great at what he did. He was always transparent. He gave me the best options and we definitey had a strong case. I kept going and took my chances as I was looking at 7 minths to 1 year suspension. He was able to get the breathalizer suppressed however, it was difficult to take on the sobriety test. When the best deal was presented before continuing in trial, I took it because it was too risky at that point. He always answered all my questions in and outside of the court. I was happy with the outcome because it was more than I expected. 3 months dui suspension and dismissal of all other tickets with no points and a couple of classes. I spent a lot for trial and to retain Tom however, it was worth every penny. You want the best, this is your guy. I confidently will say that no one else can have his work ethic and knowledge because he definitey went above and beyond for me.
