Highly Recommended and Get's The Job Done!!

I was facing multiple fines and suspensions in addition to contempt fees on some old tickets. Tom not only managed to secure minimization of the existing tickets, but no points or additional suspends!! This means I can get my license back and I have him to thank for it. Thanks Tom!!

Could not ask for anyone better

Mr. Blauvelt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the moment I contacted his office about my case. My particular situation was not an easy one and he made me feel comfortable about seeking his representation from the moment I walked in his office. The case took an extended period off time, ...but he continued his due diligence until he got the best possible outcome. A nightmare scenario was averted and I could get my life back together after this trying ordeal. I would recommend Mr. Blauvelt to anyone seeking assistance in a dui case and if ever the need be he will be the first person I will call should I need representation again.

Unbelievably Awesome

A little background...since that's what I looked at when choosing Mr. Blauvelt: I was facing charges for a DWI, Refusal to submit as well as Careless Driving ON St. Patrick's Day. Mr. Blauvelt responded IMMEDIATELY to my online inquiry pertaining to retaining him as representation and went right t...o work on explaining why he 'liked my case.' Needless to say, after just a month (to the day) of waiting and worrying, Mr. Blauvelt was able to tell the Judge and Prosecutor they "didn't have a case..." and they AGREED! I simply have a 60 day driving license suspension with no points (pending Defensive Driving Course completion). I mean...does it get any better than that? Mr. Blauvelt keeps it real, tells you possible outcomes and WORKS for your best interest. If you're reading this and haven't already made the decision to hire him, you're a fool lol. Thanks a lot Mr. Blauvelt and Rusheena (assistant) for being so great.

Good lawyer.

Helped me get an unusual traffic violation dismissed while living in a different state. Communicated effectively and was persistent. I would certainly recommend Thomas for traffic court, he saved me a 15 hour drive and unneeded stress and worry. Other lawyers didn't get back to me due to the nature o...f the case, but his team responded promptly. Great work.

Speeding Ticket in Newark NJ

Tom provided sound guidance to me and the court that got a 96mph speeding ticket reduced to a zero point 'unsafe operation' + fine. Was looking at a license suspension if I had gone without Tom. Results speak for themselves.
