A very satisfied and grateful client.

I highly recommend Tom Blauvelt. He has represented me twice and each time he represented me, he did an incredible job. The most recent time that Tom represented me, I was being charged with a 2nd DUI offense, which occurred after I had a malfunction of my motor vehicle, in which the police officer ..."assumed" I was driving intoxicated, based on my previous driving record. I called Tom and asked him for his help, and explained the situation to him. Tom was incredibly helpful to me, and really listened to my side of the story, reviewed all my evidence proving my innocence, and with alot of hard work on his part, Tom got the charges lowered to a much lesser charged and really saved my reputation and job. I would have lost everything if it wasn't for what Tom did for me, and I can't be any more grateful for his services. He is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to legal issues, and has a very calm and professional approach to challenging cases. I can't thank Tom enough for what he did for me, and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a really good, honest, hard working lawyer to represent them. I have a ton of respect for how well Tom dealt with me, thru the trial, as well as informing me on what to expect and what I need to do. I felt like Tom did the best possible job that he could have done for me, and treated me like a person, not just another client. I highly recommend him Tom Blauvelt to anyone out there looking for a real good lawyer to represent them with legal issues.

Mr Blauvelt - An awesome defence attorney for juvenile drug charges!

Mr Blauvelt exceeded all expectations securing the best possible outcome for our son when he was found in posession of Maijuana. This being a first offence, our son had no idea what to expect. He was extremely anxious. As parents, this is an experience you dread! However, Mr Blauvelt calmly coached ...him ( and us ) through the court process as to what to expect. Not only did he succeed in having the case "diverted" ( effectively "no guilty charge" ) he used the experience positively to educate him as to to the dangers and consequences of what he had done making every effort to ensure he is not likely to re-offend. He always responded to my calls and emails promptly, reassuring us every step of the way. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. If you are reading this as part of your process in selecting an appropriate attorney, look no further! Call and retain him right away!

Excellent Choice

Tom represented me today on a DWI, Refusal, Obstructed View, and other moving violations. Tom was responsive to all my questions and continually put me at ease regarding my case. I was very nervous regarding several matters and he promptly responded to all my emails. In the end, he was able to prov...ide exactly what we had hoped for - to get all charges except the refusal dropped. I would highly recommend Thomas Blauvelt.

HIghly Recommend

Thomas was excellent. He is very professional and highly experienced and I am very glad that I had the opportunity to work with him. I was very nervous and unsure of my case - the implications would have been detrimental to my career. Thomas was very kind, responsive and reassuring. He has great... prescence and was able to get everything dismissed. I really feel like justice was served. I highly recommend him.

Thomas is the Man! Best Traffic Attorney I Have Used!

Thomas has helped me out with my most recent and past traffic incidents. I hired Thomas initially for a 102 in 65, reckless and improper lane change. It didn't help that I already had about 13 points on my license. He managed to get 2 of the charges thrown out and the speeding ticket reduced so I end...ed up with 4 points instead of 12 and a reduced fine. He also prevented a lengthy suspension and I was only without a license for 20 days. He did a good job overall but this was a pretty cut and dry incident in my mind. Here is where Thomas really shined... We reviewed my driving history and my last stop before this was in 2009. It was a 9 point stop - 5pt tailgating and 4pt speeding. I had moved down to Florida and didn't want to deal with hiring an attorney or going to court at the time so I just plead guilty, paid the fine and took the 9 points. As I did not use a lawyer, nor plea bargain, Thomas filed a motion to reopen the case. The judge granted the request and I just went to court with Thomas. The result was they dropped the tailgating ticket and reduced the speeding ticket to just 2 points - YES 4 YEARS LATER! This was HUGE for me as it took 7 points off my license and should prevent a further suspension at an upcoming hearing. IF YOU PLEAD GUILTY AND DIDN'T PLEA BARGAIN OR USE AN ATTORNEY FOR PAST OFFENSES, CALL THOMAS! I am a pretty picky person and for me to call Thomas "the man" says a lot. His card has a permanent home in my 700 horsepower M3.
