Dui Client

I was charged with a DUI in woodbridge at the end of last year. Tom took the necessary steps in acquiring all the discovery information and videos from the headquarters as well as the police car. After finding flaws in the prosecutions case Tom was able to lower my dui(BAC Reading of .19 and accide...nt) from a 7 month-1 Year suspension to a 90 day suspension. If you are in need of an attorney do not hesitate at all and retain his services(his prices are reasonable as well); He will do EVERYTHING to get you the best result possible for your case and keep you well informed and at ease when you are in such a hard situation.

You're in good hands with this capable and knowledgeable attorney!

After calling several attorney to take care of a handful of traffic tickets that were several years old and only being disappointed by their inconsistencies in information and sales-like approach, I found Thomas Carroll Blauvelt. He didn't do the condescending lawyer thing which seems to be only t...oo common. He spoke to me professionally, and most importantly, he listened. His approach was to deal with it in the best way, but he made sure to explain everything he wanted to do and all the steps involved. He followed up with a phone-call to let me know how things went at court and always recapped the remaining steps. The results: Attorney Blauvelt got the tickets and associated warrants completely taken care of and he did so for a fraction of the cost and in a shorter time-frame than all of the other attorneys I had called. Where the other attorneys attempted to worry me into hiring them by making my situation sound insurmountable, Mr. Blauvelt put me at ease and assured me he had everything under control. Hiring an attorney can be a difficult and worrisome process. You always want to know that you're not throwing your money away and when you are spending, that you have an attorney who will fight for you. Just allow him to do what he does. We all want an attorney who knows the law and will also communicate with us in a clear and friendly way. With this attorney, you get the whole package.

Thomas Carroll Blauvelt represented my son in Court on a criminal case

Thomas Carroll Blauvelt represented my son on a criminal case and thanks to his help and expertise all the charges were dismissed. I can honestly say he is the best lawyer, very knowledgeable, very kind and specially He will make you feel that no matter what the case you are facing , he will do th...e best to help you get the best outcome. Simply Outstanding Representation - Complete Dismissal

I was in a very difficult situation facing a DUI and refusal and a total of 5 tickets in a very complicated case. Attorney Blauvelt knew the law, the system and the court. His professionalism and competence allowed him to navigate the case brilliantly. He was extremely responsive and very knowledg...eable. He ultimately was able to get a full dismissal of all charges - a better outcome than I could have possibly have imagined. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is in a tough situation and wants the best representation possible. If you want to Win, he will come.

If your reading this you probably are looking for a good lawyer because you have DWI problems. I was doing the same thing 2 1/2 months ago. I had 5 charges and 2 of them criminal. I did my reseach and came across T. Blauvelt just like you or else you wouldn't be reading this. Here are some thing...s for you to consider. First, in New Jersey all DWI attorneys charge a flat rate retainer. So, you will pay the same amount to retain a lousey lawyer as opposed to an excellent one. Blauvelt will go toe-to-toe with any prosecutor, he dosen't get intimidated. His name rings bells before he even walks into the courtroom. Second, if you read all the Blauvelt write-ups, from his clients, you'll see that he consistantly gives his all. Not for anything, this guy has integrity, he's a winner. It's either in you or not. He didn't take my money and do the bare minimum. Blauvelt sent out the necessary paperwork(motions), and sometimes the prosecutor or whoever wants to drag things-out. Look, "We are guilty until proven innocent." Realize that! A prosecutor doesn't like when we have an attorney that isn't going to sell-out his client, especially the one in Englewood. Blauvelt got ALL my charges dissmissed and I got my $650 bail money back!!! The only reason why I'm writing all this is because prior to hiring Blauvelt I read the reviews like you are doing. I said to myself , "If I get results like all these other people I'm going to write the best review I can. If you do hire Blauvelt, be honest, listen to him, let him form his strategy. Good Luck ! By the way the charges were dismissed on 1/8/15
