Grateful

Thomas was very helpful and successful in defending me for a cell phone use ticket. He was always very timely and clear in his communications and research. He walked me through the process prior to hire, and then again afterwards. My case went to trial, and I was found not guilty. DUI & Refusal

Mr. Blauvelt is an outstanding attorney. He is professional, knowledgeable and dedicated. He handled my case with confidence and ease. His efforts in my case went above and beyond from the moment I stepped into his office. He kept me updated at all times and explained all of the possible outcomes. Outstanding Attorney!!!

If I ever needed an attorney again; I would immediately call Tom. Tom's professionalism in all aspects of my case; from consulting to handeling; to walking me through every step of it was outstanding. His knowledge of the law is impeccable. When I first contacted Tom; I was nervous about what I was f...acing and the potential outcome. Tom completely reassured me that everything would work out and he would make sure the outcome was exactly what we wanted. Calm, cool, and collected is how I would describe his demeanor. The Municipal Prosecutor did not stand a chance with Mr. Blauvelt

I never met with this attorney in person because I do not live in New Jersey. We spoke on the phone once and I him retained based on all of the positive information that I found online and his reasonable flat fee. Within a day or two he was on the case and sent me what he sent to the prosecutor. I kn...ew that the city was in for a battle if they did not drop my charges which, if convicted, I faced "mandatory" jail time. Well, he let me know that a bail was set, I paid the bail, and in about thirty days he'd left me a voicemail letting me know that everything was dismissed. The money order that I used to pay the bail was in my mailbox before I even knew that the case was resosolved; they never had a chance to cash the money order because he was on them from the start and they did not want to deal with him. And I still have only spoken to him just one time. This guy was awesome. His staff was awesome. Within a month after retaining Mr. Blauvelt I am able to get a driver's license again and will not have to pay a single red cent more than I owed prior to retaining him. I highly recommend him as legal counsel. After all was said and done, he even threw in some advise as a bonus. I instructed me on what I could do to get the bail back, which I had, and what I should do in order to get the process of restoring of my license going. The legal profession at it finest!

Shoplifting

Attorney had excellent knowledge about the possible outcomes and he made sure we get the outcome we wanted. There were few hurdles but he made sure we get the results without affecting immigration status. it took little time but got the way we wanted.
