Excellent Lawyer

Thomas is an excellent lawyer. I was involved in a case in South Plainfield, NJ for: 1) 39:4-129D--Leaving the Scene Accident Involve Damages To Unattended Vehicle 2) 39:4-130--Failure To Report Accident 3) 39:4-96--Reckless Driving This means that I was facing a total of 7 motor vehicle points... and definite license suspension if convicted. Needless to say, Thomas came to the rescue. He was able to get Leaving the Scene dismissed. And he was able to get the Reckless Driving downgraded to a Careless Driving. As a result, I was able to keep my drivers license. He was also responded quickly and efficiently every time I called and emailed him. I highly recommend Thomas for any traffic case.

Was able to dismiss 3/4 of my traffic tickets including a DWI!

I was charged with 4 traffic tickets including a DWI. After consulting with Tom and explaining my situation to him, he instantly made me feel comfortable and reassured me that as long as I was telling the truth to him that he could have many of my charges dismissed. He knew the prosecutor of the town...ship by name and was able to answer any questions I had right away. His response time to emails were incredible and you can expect to hear back from him in a very timely manner. In the end, Tom was able to have 3 of my 4 tickets dismissed including the DWI and I was only charged with a single traffic offense. Tom is the go-to lawyer for any DUI, DWI, speeding or traffic ticket. His rates are very affordable, there are no surprise fees and his team is very quick and very good at communicating with you. I would highly recommend Tom for any case.

Tough case resolved by mr Thomas (Tom ) My best experience ever with an attorney

Wow I’m so amazed with the work of mr Thomas (Tom) I search him up on Google and i do not regret picking him as my attorney I had such a huge headache with this case of mines before reaching out to him I had 6 tickets Dui, reckless driving , careless driving , unsafe lane change , failure to give p...roper signal , and Disregard stop sign after speaking with Tom I felt so much better and my hopes went up right away he made me feel confident that I was going to be ok very nice Person and very responsible when you reach out to him He makes sure he gets back to you finally the outcome of my case was that I had to pay the smallest fine which I was found guilty for the disregard stop sign and Tom was able to fight to have all the other 5 Dismissed I rate him a 5 star and highly recommend him to anybody in my family friends and out of my inner circle ( wonderful experience)

First time working with a lawyer, only lawyer I will use ever again.

Price was upfront and affordable, and was always available for questions and answered any emails very quickly. Had a speeding ticket 93 in 65, GSP, figured I'd have to reduce to an unsafe driving, but was surprised when it was reduced to a different 0 point ticket, half as expensive. 10/10 would reco...mmend, and just did, and would hire again.
