Cell Phone Ticket dismissed

I received a cell phone ticket while in New Jersey. I do not live in NJ and could not take off from work so I hired Mr Blauvelt to represent me in this matter. Mr. Blauvelt was excellent! He represented me in court and was able to get the ticket dismissed. He works very hard in representing his c...lients. If you need an attorney for traffic matters then Mr Blauvelt is who you should hire.

Shoplifting

Attorney had excellent knowledge about the possible outcomes and he made sure we get the outcome we wanted. There were few hurdles but he made sure we get the results without affecting immigration status. it took little time but got the way we wanted.

Competent and Honest

When I received a speeding ticket on NJT at 95 in 65 mph zone it ruined my weekend getaway to NY with my wife. No being local to the area I had no time to fight it. So I searched and Mr. Blauvelt's reviews stood tall above others. When I spoke to him he right away made me feel comfortable and CALM... that he can take care of this. 2 months later and 2 court appearances by him only he was able to reduce the charge to a fine and a NO points infraction which was exactly what he said he can do. His prices are very fair and he does not gouge you later to go back to court. I highly recommend him. I only wish he could help in other disciplines as well.

Outstanding Legal Service by Tom Carroll Blauvelt

He provided full legal representation for 2 cases (i.e., simple assault & restraining order) including a 4-hour trial for one of them. He was extremely competent throughout the whole process over a 3-week period. One case ended up in a complete dismissal (in my favor) and the other one, I was able ...to do a reciprocal RO against the other party due to Tom's expert advice and legal representation. He was awesome and very professional in every step of the way and was also always reachable via both phone and email. I would highly recommend him to anybody else who may need legal representation.
