The Best Attorney Available

I write this letter of recommendation with great excitement. To say that I am happy about the legal services that I received from Attorney Thomas Blauvelt would be an understatement. My situation was that I had received two tickets (Speeding for 90 in a 50, and Reckless Driving). These two tic...kets combined meant that I was facing severe consequences if convicted for the offenses. This could have resulted in 10 points and a suspension of my license. Attorney Blauvelt handled my case with the utmost care and professionalism and was able to get the prosecution and judge to agree to no points and no suspension of license. I never imagined that I would walk out of municipal court that day with 0 points. The situation had me very stressed out, but working with Attorney Thomas Blauvelt eased my concerns. It should be noted that my past driving record was not spotless. I had picked up several tickets over the years. Attorney Thomas Blauvelt understood this and positioned this well in court. In court I did not have to say anything, Attorney Blauvelt responded to both the prosecution and the judge's questions. He handled this with tact and framing me in the best light, which was truly professional and helped illustrate the human side of this infraction. I have worked with other attorneys in the past and none of them can hold a candle to Attorney Thomas Blauvelt. He is top notch in the profession and anyone who hires him is lucky to be represented by him. The judge commented that I was very lucky that night and that what my lawyer did for me was remarkable and should be commended for such strong representation. The bottom line is I was facing 10 points and a possible license suspension and I walked away from court with 0 points and a minor fine. I cannot thank the law offices of Attorney Thomas Blauvelt enough and I give my highest possible recommendation of his services. THANK YOU ATTORNEY THOMAS BLAUVELT!!!!!!!

Highly recommended

I received a reckless driving ticket. As many folks would do, I conducted an online search for a lawyer who would help me address this issue. I came across this website and was impressed with the reviews that Mr. Blauvelt had received. I was however skeptical at first with all the positive reviews. A...fter speaking with a few lawyers over the phone, I found Mr. Blauvelt to be most responsive and with reasonable fees. During my initial consultation, Mr. Blauvelt answered all my questions and eased my anxiety and I was convinced that he would be able to help me with my case. I found Mr. Blauvelt to be very knowledgeable, personable and professional. The most impressive part was that I was able to get his responses to any questions that I had over email, usually within an hour or two and get a personal appointment with him within a short time frame. At the court again I found Mr. Blauvelt to be knowledgeable and well connected and he was able to help me get a reduced plea bargain. I highly recommend Mr. Blauvelt.

Highly recommended

After neglecting very important documentation, ie insurance, driver's license, updated registration--I was facing a loss of license for 2+ years. I spoke to about a dozen lawyers and even though his retainer price was not the least expensive, I felt comfortable with Thomas and appreciated his honesty.... Like many things in life--you get what you pay for.

Saved my butt

I was ticketed for 98mph in a 65mph zone on 287S. That equates to a 5 point violation and a $250 fine. I did some research and found out my license could be suspended because the speed was excessive. For someone with a 60+ mile commute and no other options than myself that would pretty much sink m...e. I enlisted Mr. Blauvelt and he was able to get my fine reduced to 0 points on the condition I complete a 6 hour online safety course (30 bucks). It was worth the money all around - instead of a 60 day suspension and 5 points I'm going to end up with 0 points and all it will cost me is a modest cash investment and 6 hours of my time. Not bad for a severe offense. Thanks Tom.

Excellent Traffic Lawyer

Mr. Blauvelt was an excellent partner in my case. I was looking at getting my license suspended, but Mr. Blauvelt came to court prepared and kept me my license. He is a pleasure to work and is as professional as he is knowledgeable. Thank you for a job well done.
