Thomas saw the solution to a very complicated situation from minute one

My son had gotten himself into a very bad situation. Through a variety of offenses, small and large, he was facing up to three years of a suspended license, thousands in fines and perhaps a small bit of jail time. The events that led to this occurred in more than five municipalities. So Thomas B...lauvelt, Esq. had to deal with those plus the MVC (on multiple occasions). It was a delicate process because he had to return to first return to a court and re-open a case that had been decided against my son; he had to make sure that the courts were heard in the proper order (i.e., he had to make sure that one of the courts reinstated my son's drivers license before going to the next hearing at another court - otherwise he wouldn't get the favorable decision we were looking for). What was/is remarkable is that Thomas saw the entire layout of what had to happen during my first call with him. He noted that an oversight had been made in the original case and that he was pretty sure he could get it overturned. After that occurred, he could then have a second court decision reversed because it had been decided the way it had been because of the results of the first court decision, etc., etc. It was a masterly vision of how to fix all of this and he saw all the steps that needed to be taken and in the proper order. Then, he simply executed what needed to be done; with each hearing or trial taking place in the order necessary and with the needed result (or better) in each one. It really was like a chess player who can see 5, 10, 20 moves ahead and it was really amazing to watch. We've had the need to use his services several times since we first retained Thomas and each time we have received courteous, intelligent, professional and effective guidance - with positive results every time. There is simply no other way to say this, if you are need of legal advise, counseling or representation in the states of New Jersey or New York you cannot find a more professional and effective attorney than Thomas Blauvelt, Esq.

Highly capable and dependable Attorney

My wife has got a traffic ticket with 4 points. I paid the penalty. I was worried a lot about the the increment in the car insurance. But my friend advised me to contact a lawyer after pleaded the guilty. I goggled for few lawyers in NJ. Tom's experience attracted me and contacted him. He told me do ...not worry about it and he took the case. He reopened the motion and able to null the points. He is a very talented lawyer. Highly skilled and can manage any case. His way of presenting the arguments supporting the case are excellent. Moreover he is very friendly too when I met him for the first time. I would definitely recommend working with this capable, dependable solicitor.

Reliable and trustworthy,should be your only choice for a lawyer.

Sometime in October, I was faced with a real threat of a 9 point driving violation and the possibility of having my license suspended. As expected, it was frustrating to think of what it can do to our insurance rate but more importantly it became a very stressful situation which I really just wanted ...to get it over and done with. I was very fortunate to have found help in Mr Blauvelt, who very patiently and calmly represented and guided me through out this whole process. The best part are the positive results, he basically did what he said he would do for me professionally and at the end of the day, gave me back my peace of mind which really is priceless! I'm glad I hired the best!

Great job!

Mr. Blauvelt was able to reduce my speeding violation significantly where after taking a defensive driving course I will not have any points on my record. The lawyer did a great job explaining that he will do the best he can and that he cannot always guarantee good results, but it worked out in my ca...se. I was facing maximum of 5points or/and licence suspension. I would recommend this lawyer.
