Speeding Ticket in Newark NJ

Tom provided sound guidance to me and the court that got a 96mph speeding ticket reduced to a zero point 'unsafe operation' + fine. Was looking at a license suspension if I had gone without Tom. Results speak for themselves.

Six criminal and traffic charges turned into two minor traffic offenses!

I was facing a criminal mischief charge, reckless driving, property damage with a moving vehicle, driving while suspended, unregistered vehicle, and failure to show proof of insurance in NJ. I called Tom on a Saturday afternoon and he answered right away. His retainer fee was reasonable and he told m...e he would get working on my case right away, especially since the court date was three days away. There wqs some rescheduling and excellent communication on his staff's part, including a chance to Skype conference since I lived far from his office. On the date of my hearing, Tom seemed to have a great relationship with the prosecutor (which helps tremendously) and was able to negotiate a plea deal for me. My six charges were reduced to two guilty pleas of careless driving. He also spoke to me immediately about possible record expungement. Tom was knowledgeable, calming, and respected by the court. He did an amazing job!

Fantastic Representation

I was charged with a serious driving offense in Bridgewater NJ by an over zealous police officer. Mr. Blauvelt had a good relationship with everyone at the municipal court and was able to get my significant charge dropped down to a minor offense. I was able to avoid a heavy fine and up to 15 days of ...community service thanks to Mr. Blauvelt. I am very pleased with the outcome with my case, given the circumstances, and I highly recommend the services of Mr. Blauvelt.

Brilliant - Speed Ticket Tossed Out

Simply brilliant. Received a 95 mph. ticket from a state trooper on the NJ Turnpike claiming I was doing "110 mph." in my Ford Explorer. Long story short, after around an hour or so in court, the ticket was reduced to a summons with NO points (this would have been 25 mph over!!!) - Highly recommended..., doesn't charge by the hour either.

DUI dismissed

I had a great experience with this lawyer. My DUI ticket has been dismissed. My calls were always answered and returned properly. He kept me informed about the process. He has a very very good knowledge in his field. I really want to say that I appreciate the effort he put in to get my tickets dismis...sed. I recommend him for any traffic tickets you have. :-)
