He is one of the best lawyer I ever work with. He is very popular in the court house. It took mins and session was over. 0 point. My speeding limit over by 45mph. Thanks Tom.

The Best Lawyer NJ has to offer.

Mr. Blauvelt is hands down the best and only attorney I've ever met. I received a DWI in mid-June 2013 in North Brunswick, NJ. I will state for the record that although I was not driving, I falsely admitted to the officer, who did not pull over the vehicle by the way, that I was driving. Keep in... mind I was intoxicated and naively wanted to be overprotective of the situation. Without going too much into detail regarding my case I feel compelled to tell those in need of outstanding counsel and representation that there is none better than Mr. Blauvelt. He is honest, straight to the point, always answers the phone and emails when required. After seeing the way he conducts himself in his office and the courtroom - to say that he is trustworthy, responsive, and knowledgeable is an understatement. I believe that his conveying of the facts in an efficient and professional manner on my behalf put my world at ease. The reason for me saying this is due directly to the outcome of my case which resulted in an amazingly reduced ticket which would be defined as a very minor offense. Thanks to Mr. Blauvelt I feel as if the weight of the world has been taken off my shoulders. Thank you very much Mr. Blauvelt.

Gald, that I hired him

After getting pulled over and receiving 2 tickets, one for reckless driving and the other for improper turning. I went online and research about the two tickets. I found out just with reckless driving I could be face with temporary suspension and with the other ticket I had to pay a surcharge of 150... for 3 years. That's not even including my insurance rate going up and the total points of 9. So the option was clear that I had to hire a lawyer. I called a couple of lawyers around the area, they were asking for such a high price and not a flat fee also. I recently bought a new car too, so my money was a little tight. I'm kind of regretting buying a 6 cylinder car, should have bought myself a Prius. So I found Mr. Blauvelt and his assistant, they were both nice and took care of everything for me. Mr. Blauvelt was an outstanding guy, very nice, and made me feel less nervous about the whole thing. He took my two tickets and drop the points to 0 from 9 and only have to pay one fee of 439. That's better than having my insurance go up and having to pay surcharges of 150 for the next 3 years!

Great "first lawyer" experience!

First lawyer experience, and Tom was awesome! He was professional and overall a genuine, nice guy. He made sure I understood what I was doing and didn't pressure me into any decisions. He turned what would have been four points on my license to zero points, and the fine wasn't too bad either. I wante...d to hug him for erasing all my points! I think his fee is fair and reasonable as well. In addition, his assistant, Ms. Rosado, was truly a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire him again if I found myself in trouble again (but let's hope not).

Mr. Blauvelt is an excellent attorney. We hired him for a traffic violation and his expertise is outstanding. We highly recommend Mr. Blauvelt.
