Expert Advice & Attention To Detail

Words can't explain how professional Thomas Carroll and his office are! If you want expert advice, attention to detail and simple courtesy, then please contact Thomas and his office. They are an amazing group of people and will make sure I keep them in my rolodex! Thomas was able to provide me with c...lear cut advice on my speeding ticket, the steps I should take before the court date and bringing an amazing deal to the table for me. I could not thank him enough for all that he has done. Even the judge was surprised with what he was able to do!

Top Notch Attorney

Thomas Blauvelt is a life saver to put it mildly! I truly cannot thank Thomas and his dedicated team enough (Jackie, Anabella, & Nicole). I was incredibly nervous after being arrested on multiple traffic violations: DUI, 2 Refusal to Submit charges along with several traffic violations. I googled top... DUI attorneys in NJ, looking for the best and thankfully found him. On my very first call with Thomas I explained my situation; fearing the worst and he calmly assured me that everything was going to work out. Thomas and his team kept an open line of communication with me from start to finish. Thomas appeared in court countless times on my behalf at no extra charge until we achieved the results I did not even think were possible! Thomas’s in depth knowledge and expertise are not only impressive but life changing. In the end, Thomas was able to get both Refusal charges dismissed along with several other tickets and I only ended up receiving a minuscule fine and 90 day suspension of driving privileges. I would recommend Thomas to anyone in need of an expert attorney. Thank you again Thomas!

Truly Grateful for Mr. B

Facing a dui, refusal to submit in NJ, and added moving violations, Mr. Blauvelt was able to get rid of everything except the refusal which lead to minimum penalties and fines in 3 dates. When you find yourself in a circumstance where you are at odds ends, Thomas represents superb interest and ca...re in your case. The Firm is not merely communicative, but his associates, team, and staff are exceptional in handling all related matters when Mr. Blauvelt is in court or not as readily available. His experience and expertise in you're related matter will consistently resolve related matters in the fewest dates permissible. Mr. Blauvelt was the best choice I could have made. He was prompt to contact me after my initial call to his firm. He answered all questions with patience and professionalism. His manner and style lend to his projecting a sense of calm which was very helpful when I was in a state of extreme anxiety o...ver my case. He did not make any false promises but was honest throughout. And he did a lot of legwork "behind the scenes" because the end result was more than I could have asked for. In the end, my case took about a year to resolve. I can't imagine any other attorney dedicating this time to the case and showing such persistence when it would have been much easier to make the quickest deal.

Great Results

A few weeks ago, I received a summons in the mail for a Hit and Run and Leaving the Scene of an Accident. I was shocked to find out about this as we did not hit any vehicle the day that it was reported. I was getting married at the time and couldn't deal with this annoyance at the same time. I qui...ckly consulted Thomas and he and his team put me at ease immediately. They were super professional and responded to all my inquiries in less than an hour which is remarkable for any business. I felt safe with Thomas on retainer and knew that this would get taken care of. My instincts were correct as Thomas got both charges dismissed at Court. He even showed up to a previous court appearance and didn't require me to come. Thomas is a great lawyer. Hopefully I wouldn't need one again, but if I do, I would 100% go back to Thomas.
