DUI and hit and run and other tickets

Thomas is just amazing and a genius he is very very skilled and very honest and trustworthy, he got my eight tickets dismissed so i can't describe how happy i am that i hired him, definitely the go to guy in anything related to traffic incidents

Knowledgeable and Honest

Thomas Carroll Blauvelt is one of the best lawyers I’ve worked with. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I had gotten five ticket, one being a DUI, and thanks to his expertise all of the charges were dismissed. Can’t thank him enough for everything He did and all the time and effort He put into my c...ase. From the moment I hired him he quickly collected all the evidence and by the time I met up with him He knew everything about my case. His staff also did a great job following up with the court dates and sending me all the document prior to my court dates. You will not be disappointed.

the reviews are true!

After doing extensive searches through online reviews, ratings, attorney websites, etc. I narrowed my search down to 3 lawyers. I first reached out to Tom, as he had excellent reviews (and a lot of them!), an office right in town, and a fixed rate. After making an online inquiry, I was surprised to r...eceive a reply from Tom almost instantly so I set up an appt for a consultation. After meeting with Tom, I decided not to pursue the other options. I could tell from the first meeting that I trusted him to handle this very serious issue for me. This was my first time dealing with this type of legal matter was in a very bad situation to say the least (facing 9 charges in Sup Court!) I was extremely anxious and afraid of what could happen, but Tom eased my fears - explaining everything calmly and optimistically but without making any unrealistic promises. In the weeks before my court date, Tom provided me with guidance on what to do and shared all info he received pertaining to my case. Everything he told me was spot on. Also, Tom's office was excellent in keeping me informed and replying to all my emails and calls. (My boyfriend wasn't so fortunate and had horrible experiences with other attorney offices - they barely gave him any info on his case, we had to beg for a reply to emails, never even got discovery, one office gave him the wrong date for hearing resulting in a bench warrant, and another even sent him to the wrong courthouse!) I was so relieved that I chose Tom's office - they were top notch! Tom guided me through it all and I never felt alone. I witnessed firsthand that Tom is well recognized and respected; Court staff knew him by name, and he navigated me through all of the court processes (appearances, applications, etc) perfectly. I've already recommended Tom to others, and I encourage anyone facing a criminal matter to make an appointment for a consultation and you will see for yourself!

Amazing lawyer!

Thomas knows what he's doing and he's great at it. Relatively cheap lawyer compared to others in Woodbridge and his work is exceptional. He reassured me and made sure I knew what was going on at every step of the way. The outcome of my case was better than I was going for. What more could I ask for i...n a lawyer?

Just because you're charged, doesn't mean you're guilty

The court system by design is set against the defendant and all for the financial gain of the court. It's all about the money $$$ to the court, for the most part. Mr. Blauvelt will navigate the court system for you much the way a C.P.A. will navigate complex tax laws. Don't be a fool, don't do your... own taxes and don't choose anyone else but Mr. Thomas Caroll Blauvelt to walk in that court room for you.
