Professional, thorough, excellent.

I would recommend Thomas Carroll Blauvelt, Esq. and his office/staff to anyone. They are super professional, detailed and thorough. I found them through avvo and there is good reason for the vast amount of glowing reviews. From the moment I contacted the office, I spoke with Tom directly and he immed...iately put me at ease and explained all my options and the steps to be taken in detail. They got started on both of my cases immediately and kept me informed of everything every step of the way. Both of my driving violations were dismissed and I am extremely relieved and grateful for them. I did not know what to expect and what penalties I would receive and needed guidance and hand holding. Great Person and Lawyer

I went through a nastiest divorce, and worked with several attorney during last couple of years. I hired Mr. Blauvelt when my ex wrongly accused me of restraining order violation. Mr. Blauvelt always very straight forward and remained very calm and focus during all this process. He guided me. At the ...end I got the best results possible and extremely satisfied with his service. He is a great person and lawyer. He went beyond his responsibilities as being a attorney and helped me. DWI dismissed!

After 6 months of this case, Thomas got my DWI dismissed with a BAC of 0.14! Thomas is very professional and wants to get the best outcome for his clients. He had a good relationship with the prosecuter which helped my case significantly considering I was also under aged. Even the judge,himself was s...urprised that he got all my tickets and DWI dismissed (reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, driving after hours provisional license, etc.) The judge said it himself, that I had one of the best! I am so thankful that I chose Thomas Blauvelt for this case that if, I was convicted resulted in many problems for my future.

Outstanding

I was charged aggravated assault by a girlfriend who would not let me leave the confrontation. Tom listened to my facts (different then what the ex- girlfriend told the grand jury) and fought the charges. In the end - negotiated misdemeanor simple assault. Tom and his staff have an attention to detai...l and fight for your rights.

DUI & Refusal
