Simply Outstanding Representation - Complete Dismissal

I was in a very difficult situation facing a DUI and refusal and a total of 5 tickets in a very complicated case. Attorney Blauvelt knew the law, the system and the court. His professionalism and competence allowed him to navigate the case brilliantly. He was extremely responsive and very knowledg...eable. He ultimately was able to get a full dismissal of all charges - a better outcome than I could have possibly have imagined. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is in a tough situation and wants the best representation possible. He was also very fairly priced, honest about my case and transparent throughout the process. If you need a great lawyer, look no further than Attorney Thomas Carroll Blauvelt!

Great service at a great price.

I was looking at five points on my licence, suspension and a hefty fine, but he made it all go away. all I got was a small fine and no record that the offence ever occurred. I would highly recommend this lawyer to anyone who has a serious pr problem with a traffic ticket or any motor vehicle offence....

Nothing but the Best

Thomas Carroll Blauvelt is as remarkable as a man as he is a lawyer. His honesty and trustworthiness not only inspired me with a sense of hope, but allowed me to feel at ease when I was expecting the worse for my case. He was always responsive within minutes to any questions or concerns I may have ha...d, and his offices always kept me up to date with my obligations for my case. It's very comforting to be kept inside the loop, especially with court/legal matters. The level of fairness Mr. Blauvelt provided even allowed me to make a comfortable payment plan for his retainer fee, which was very fair considering what the outcome of my case was, including Mr. Blauvelt removing one of my two major charges completely, as well as downgrade a $750 ticket which included possible jail time, to a mere fee of just under $190. Words cannot express Mr. Blauvelt's ability to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients because his actions speak louder than words. Never in my life have I felt more at ease and satisfied with the outcome of legal services and the level of professionalism he displayed and accomplished was truly admirable. If you are facing some legal troubles, Mr. Blauvelt is without a doubt the best option you can get. For the flat rate fee he requests of his clients, this man is doing a favor to the public for his outstanding services. Mr. Blauvelt truly is nothing but the best.

Excellent attorney, excellent staff

A lovely young woman named Nicole fought my case in lieu of Mr. Blauvelt. I had 7 tickets, 3 of which were pretty serious. I hadn't changed anything about my car since I'd bought it, including plates. So I got fictious plates, no insurance, no registration, unsafe tires, no inspection, provisional dr...iving and no front plate. She reduced it to only 2 tickets, no points, no surcharges, just a $300 payment. I was out of the court in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Amazing lawyer that knows the system and is well respected

After I got a DUI my friend recommend MR. Blauvelt. My DUI involved a very high BAC and 5 tickets. I had many questions and Tom guided me through the process and answered all my questions. When we finally got the discovery from the state police, Tom found that the machine did not operate correctly... and was able to get the BAC thrown out. I was looking at a year suspension and an interlock device for 7 months but Tom was able to get me the best possible outcome. I lost my license for 90 days and do not have to get an interlock. If you need a great, knowledgeable lawyer to help you with DUI or traffic related problems, Tom is your man
